SC- I agree but here’s the catch, that £38m order has set many cat’s amongst the pigeons and the technology at stake here won’t warrant a stake but people will fight to takeover the company!!!!
I felt when what’s app was bought for billions that the world was mad, Facebook are the ones laughing and that’s my point .... this share really has the potential to be life changing.
This has takeover written all over it once the 5 medical catheters approve / or 1-2 sign up and another few come on board like oil leak detection / aerospace apart from GKN sign production deals and they reach tier 6 on the NASA quality : product test.
The acquisition of SCL was a master stroke and allows for them to produce / expand at a rapid rate.
If the medical industry approve this then suddenly it’s all systems go.
Has all the hallmarks of being another ARM HOLDINGS .... not chip this time but circuit boards.
@munchbox, I agree it almost seems too good to be true being able to buy shares at this level! I wonder what the total value of those 82 IHT opportunities is? Arrival on its own was £38m, so it's possible / probable the pipeline total could be approaching £1b?
You could put a very strong argument together that this share could be valued in a similar way to ITM Power / Ceres Power in the not so distant future, once the wider market starts to appreciate the potential on offer & more deals start to land. It's an EV play that is build on very solid foundations, backed up by worldwide patents out to 2033, significant know-how, and currently no competitors anywhere near providing an alternative solution.
What would really set the price on fire is if GKN or Arrival made a strategic investment in TWD, then that £27 target price may start to look a bit on the low side!
Cheers. Have read that multiple times.
My mind boggles over this paragraph .....
Our IHT revenue estimates are underpinned by the first EV-related series production order, of which up to £5.0m is scheduled for FY21. It excludes production volumes in the medical devices sector, which could potentially generate meaningful revenues from 2021 onwards, and production orders in the aerospace industry, which may commence in 2023 if the ongoing programme with GKN Aerospace is successful. We note that the pipeline of future IHT revenue opportunities is growing as the number of IHT customers and qualified opportunities (ie where the two parties have signed an NDA and there is ongoing collaboration) is currently 82 compared with 57 in June 2019. 14 new NDAs have been signed since the start of the year.
Wtfffff. If they get GKN they won’t need anything else and it’s £20 a share.
Now imagine ..... just imagine from the 82 that are trailing the technology if 20% of them sign deals ???? That’s just 16 out of 82 ..... my mind can not function if 50% which is most likely sign up .... we will have the same problem as NCYT I’m trying to upscale production.
This is getting ready for the mother of all re ratings.
My target price of £27 still stands by end of next year ...
MB - agreed, very excited about the long-term prospects here.
If you haven't read this already, then I can recommend the following analysis on TWD:
https://www.edisongroup.com/publication/connecting-technology/27818/
Excellent volume here with no noise.
Can see another 10-15% rise tomorrow.
Somebody is buying and looks like they are not stopping.
Once above £3 I think we will move more aggressively as every 30p becomes 10% movement and could see £4 rather quickly.
Would love another EV contract rns announced with roughly the same or even bigger financials attached to it.
So glad I’m in here. Feels really good to be invested rather than nervous with other penny shares. Making gains is one thing ..... enjoying making gains is the best feeling in shares. Most of the times we are nervous or constantly checking the sp... here it’s no such thing. I actually feel like an investor.
Looks like a solid company here poised to benefit from EV boom
Same as you MB - bought in recently, already great returns. Potential for many multiples of the current sp.
SC - thanks for the info in your postings, much appreciated.
If Sneller is buying more, I'm here for the long-term. Waiting for EUA sale to complete, then going to upscale investment here.
All the best

Agree shearclass.
I have always had a problem of not holding.
Sold many stocks too early but I can assure you that this baby is staying in the cot for a minimum of 2 years.
I can see a market cap of around £400-600m as fair value .... that’s £27 a share ... oh wait ..... what about the dividends when they come ??
Uffffff. Seriously I have not been this excited in many a year.
So glad it’s Tech and not your usual oil / gold stocks
It's got amazing potential, I'd say the perfect storm of low free float, a mix of director ownership & II's, a technology that nobody else can replicate with patents out to 2033, a landmark 3 year deal with Arrival worth up to £38m, but potentially a lot more if this is just for the first 10,000 UPS van that they have a contract for at present...
And add to that as you say the 14 NDA's under discussion, an exploding EV industry, aviation giants retiring old and inefficient models and looking to build new ones with better technology...
It really is a blue sky share. If they can continue to execute then anything is possible. It's also still crazily under the radar.
Gave me £2.94 and I’m chuffed.
No stopping this baby.
14- NDA agreements currently ..... can you imagine if they drop 3-4 rns one day after the other with deals ?? These will be £5 in no time.
My target price for this year end is £6 with next year £28
Should be £500m market cap by next year end.
Let’s gooooo
