But the share price is not moving - still where we were a month ago.

Will we ever see 400p again (and I don't mean shares consolidation)? Perhaps better lower my sights to 70p breakeven.
Sold in 2017 @60, back in now. Shapely set of figures, trends look good - to this amateur. Into profit, directors buying strongly. Hope I don't lose money on it again: last time it was a disaster.
So my conclusion is that the Tungsten Network Finance disposal must be pretty insignificant....
The last trading update I believe suggested Tungsten Network Finance is expected to be disposed of in Q2 FY2020 which is this quarter - with a partnership going forward. One can only assume for the Chairman to purchase he must have been comfortable he wasn't in possession of price sensitive information that was material.
And who bought the other 300,000 shares at the same time:
08 Oct 14:24:17 42.00 474,765 Buy 41.00 42.90
08 Oct 14:24:11 42.00 300,000 Buy 41.00 42.90
So it was Tony Bromovsky who bought 474,765 shares at 42p yesterday. So little prospects of a t/o in the immediate future.
No sign of a t/o deal yet. How much longer do we have to wait?
Bit of a savage week for the SP especially today.
Anyone have any idea why
Pre-tax losses for the year through April 2019 amounted to £3.4m, £2.5m Ebitda profit, and a "dramatic turnaround".
Tony Bromovsky promises jam tomorrow
Over 50p - step in the right direction or false dawn?
We were here a month ago.
Back below 50p.
Thom back into the 50s. Good Luck
Fluffybutton I have been waiting since October 2015 for a T/O - and so have you it seems :)
Rabbit loose
Someone is buying up the sales! Stockmarket too precarious a state to chance buying any myself.
of £2.5million. Let the takeover deals commence.
"The Operating Review Committee considers that previous underperformance has been due to failures in leadership and a lack of clear targets and purpose"
But each time it is claimed that person appointed as CEO is first class. Look the company is not making any profit doh!
So no significant news in the immediate future
A sign?
Rather not sign up thanks
Check out mergermarket rumour>>
of any bidders.
Yes Thom slipping very badly but need to hold on for the takeover if there is one!!!
