I too have been buying in
I have been buying in again, nervously I may add !!!
I think the strike price for any finance will be around 15p to 20p, could be wrong but I think that news release was to drop the price to entice financers. Gold price healthy but Antimony is rising again a new Antimony supply outside of China could be a benefit.

TDT, couldn't agree more.
Didn't they talk about moving to Quarterly updates now that they have moved to some form of Operational status (in which case 1 is overdue and another nearly due!)?
TDT, it doesn't mean that I wasn't disappointed that more money was required to finish the OAR as this is now so far over budget and behind time that it is bewildering - someone needs to be held accountable for failures here in these respects.
The other interesting point is that once the re-financing is complete what will TSTR do with the money that they will receive as this will be multiple $m???
The $160m makes sense when you consider it is to replace all existing debt financing (including accrued interest) and provide a larger working capital fund, at best the 'new' borrowing only amounts to $25m. The SP over-reaction has been driven by holders who only see the headline figure and fail to understand what it's actually for / the make up of the money - your 'back of a fag packet' comment being a prime example.
Definitely can’t trust any newspaper no matter where in the world imo.
Tri star bod must be trying to deal with this £160mil that’s been conjured up on the back of a fag packet, you can only think they released this to bring down the share price, so they can do a ‘smash and grab’ buy out. At the moment it would seem this strategy is working quite well for them!
indeed we could be climbing high today. is something in the wind?
Well a bit of action in the right direction. I suppose we can take form that article that if they intend to be in full production by the end of the year there is a degree of confidence that funding will be resolved. How and what the impact is who knows
Reading that it sounds like our sp should be climbing high, after all it’s us LTHs that have held and supported the company to the point we’re at now.
Interesting this article was published today in Oman
