Run rate now 15 bn sales cf 30/6 11.1bn. Uk merchants now 1550 cf 30/6 1100. UK sales were 5% at 30/6, What are they now???? I think we will have to wait for TSL results next month for more guidance. In the meantime I will do some modelling .
Ps don't forget the dilution due to management options ie x65% and other assets in TSL eg cash
I can’t see anything on Clearpay specifically unless anyone else found it? But i see APT active customers hit 9.9m and based on the last Clearpay update of having 1m active customers can we crudely say we’re 10% of Afterpays business? They’re valued at £14bn ($25bn) right now so that makes Clearpay £1.4bn. We own 10% of it so we should be valued at £140m. And it’s growing like crazy every week so in 2023 I can see us being worth a heck of a lot more. Simple and crude maths but without any figures I’m not sure how else to value our share of Clearpay - any thoughts anyone?
Onwards and upwards for TSL after final figs from APT on ASX this evening-

Another exciting news is that Clearpay has partnered with Gym shark (among many other retailers). If anyone has been following the gym shark business, you'll know it is growing incredibly fast and seeks to be as prestigious as with Nike, Addidas, under armour etc
Excellent news, I got in here this week. Paid 43p but expect that to be insignificant when our 10% of Clearpay is sold to APT in a few years. Very exciting play this one.
Apt up 6.7% on profit positive warning.!
Good to see a new all time high today and ST from IC web update earlier in the week appears in todays print edition.
6.1% gain for Afterpay on ASX overnight and Mcap now 15.28Bn
Well spotted in view of the subsequent announcement of the new Kinderhook 4.8% holding
"40p this week.....still a pittance of the true value". Well that did not take long.
I note the mms will take any stock going and then mark the price higher. I guess they have orders in the background to buy any stock available and in large numbers. If u sell u may have to pay plenty to get back on the runaway train.
