He started increasing late June last year and in a couple of weeks the share price more than trebled (from 0.09 to 0.3).

So when the coat tailers cotton on to the fact that he has been buying again, the share price could well start moving upwards rather quickly.
Quite possible too that his rate of TSI-related tweets will rise after tomorrow's GM, as did his rate of tweets related to DEV after he increased his holding there.
The increased coverage is bound to attract more investors and no doubt plenty will hang onto his coat tails as they have with DEV and ASLR. With both of them having done so well recently, investors may expect a similar significant rise to happen here.
Can't disagree with the sentiment of your post but do not automatically assume he will trigger a TR-1.
He already triggered a >3% TR-1 back last year. Given the added shares since then, he could take a significant number of shares, whilst still maintaining his overall %
We may well get details in the forthcoming RNS (following tomorrow's GM) that the placing has taken place successfully and the following existing shareholders took part - we may even be given quantity details but as I say, don't hold your breath for TR-1s.

There have been some major moves up following announcements of his involvement in other stocks recently e.g. ASLR and DEV.
The potential for something similar here perhaps when his TR-1 is announced shortly.
