no just an amateur who learns from each different scenario i encounter.Have yet to be involved in a share buy back or takeover.
Just my novice way of thinking... the RNS stated the recapitalization was taking place.( can come in many forms)
We appear to have a seller and a buyer who seem to be working together to transfer this stock.
A very low m/cap....
for the company to take 20 to 30 % back and hold them in treasury, gives them both assurance against a hostile takeover and funds if ever they needed to sell them back to the market.
Midcap want some assurances. this gives stability. Just a thought and probably way off the mark.
I don't know I been round the block. I am getting out the market Monday but keeping my holding with Trx. Sounds radical but I like this company a lot.
Of course this company is high risk but a nice high risk. It's been an exhausting year on the market hence selling my other holdings.
I am sick as a pig. I sold Firestone Diamonds to top here last Monday. Yep Firestone hit 170% this week. I have decided I am diap at the market, so selling out but keeping Trx. Maybe she might do good. Who knows.
Thanks guys
I suspect that you are a well versed investor. Are you expecting or thinking that board might take the company off the market. ?
yes already done so....well a basic understanding of what they are about and what they do.
Park.Google ARM Medical distributor for Trx.
Good evening
ok thank you WS1970.
Park. Technically yes. Best example Richard Branson buying back Virgin.
But can the company do a share buy back? i understand a resolution would have to have been passed to allow it...do they have this permission?
Do they have to inform the market first before buying?
Just asking these questions ...if i am going down the wrong path with my thinking, i,m sure one of the more experienced posters will educate me...and it will be appreciated.
I agree with most of your post, but currently it appears we have a large buyer and a large seller...
i take that as "remarkable trading"..
Worth watching imo.
You can do and i will do loads of research...
but i have learnt not to believe everything i read or hear...ceos included. The market often tells a different story to what i believe should be happening, i just try and understand why.
Park. Essentially the board can buy shares.
Park. Trades are only relative unless remarkable trades are made. Even in that case, water off a ducks back. I see guys spending all day watching every other trade. Mildly irritating.
The meat with the potatoes is research, research and research.Sometimes i can spend an evening researching one company, actually every evening studying.
I don't want this company taken over because essentially the company is operating very successfully. Gee unbelievable what we are doing in America. Ffs i am trying to contain myself without ramping.
" subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time."

i have been in here a few weeks, have added again today on the back of minimal but encouraging research. intending to hold long term so more indepth required.
Recapitalization?
wasent sure of the true meaning...had assumed it to be a placing like most i guess...but a little education makes the word a little less scary.
The buys and sells...
does anyone know if the company has permission to purchase its own shares back?
It's not about being bothered what trades they are it's about understanding what's happening...makes you more inclined to make less rash decisions. Well for me anyway...
I am not bothered by selling and buying trades. This company is a diamond in the dirt.
Good weekend all
Woodie Woodstock
I tend to agree, clue is in the time stamps which they have printed in reverse order. If they.were buys the second trade would be a higher price not lower.
Good catch the 60 odd grand trades from yesterday morning at 10.30ish were sells according to the price at the time
followed by another large trade
And sells
From yesterday
2 trades (both buys) worth 63K pounds just popped up from 10.30 this morning. Someone expects this to go up even if there has been consistent selling. GLA and a good weekend
