Jimjam, so TRX spend some money on an ad campaign and convince members of the public to buy some dCell products for Xmas...?
In my view there are many companies on aim some of whom I have lost a lot of money on who are brilliant at hype with their promises not kept and sp tanking.
I would far rather they quietly build the strong foundations they are in an exciting growth market and the sp will eventually reflect their success. From what I can see they are working hard to build a special company but obviously time will tell
Surely if sp does not improve Trx will be bought
From my perspective the business is growing in a meaningful way but the current share price is not showing it. Hence I conclude that the bod have been lazy in not generating more healthy publicity. If they addressed the latter I would then expect a yet faster rate of growth. Its in all our interests to raise the profile of the business. JJ
Jim Jam - I do sometimes wonder what that 'kick up the bum' will look like myself to be honest. That said all numbers in blue are very welcome, especially as the SP seemed a little stagnant recently. I have no idea about the likelihood of any takeovers, but the more deals that TRX sign off independently the better for us I'm sure

I get the impression they are not that bothered about courting publicity and happy to just keep puting the building blocks in place. At some pointthey will release a set of figures which may cause some movement. Just hope I am still alive to enjoy it!!
TRX publicity machine needs "a kick up the bum" currently to gain wider interest in a successful Company. The share price could do with a boost right now. JJ
* HPRA approval to provide an Irish logistics hub for the distribution of allograft products in the EU
* New exclusive distribution agreement for Tissue Regenix's allograft products in Spain.
Double good news. Well done team TRX.
LH&K Mafuta
Yes, unlike so many other companies at the present times news here is always positive. Another step forward building towards a very special company 5 years out.
As I have said before all about the management and team - step by step this company is building the foundations for a successful company
Huge positive news. Great for the EU market
Tissue Regenix Group plc
(‘Tissue Regenix’, the ‘Company’ or the ‘Group’)
HPRA approval & distribution agreement in Spain
HPRA approval to provide an Irish logistics hub for the distribution of allograft products in the EU
New exclusive distribution agreement for Tissue Regenix’s allograft products in Spain
Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM: TRX), the regenerative medical devices company, announces that it has received approval from the Irish Health Products Regulatory Authority (‘HPRA’), allowing the Company to set up a logistics hub in Ireland for the distribution of its allograft products within the European Union (‘EU’).
The HPRA regulates medicines and devices in Ireland for the benefit of people and animals, inspecting companies and facilities which test, make or distribute health products to ensure that they comply with relevant standards and legislation.
Tissue Regenix has also signed an exclusive distributor contract with Spineart España SLU (‘Spineart’) for the distribution of its allograft products in Spain. Spineart is a privately held medical device company that operates in over 60 markets, focused on simplifying surgery by designing, developing and promoting safe and efficient solutions to spine surgeons, operating room teams and patients.
Daniel Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Tissue Regenix, commented: “Receiving HPRA approval is a great step for Tissue Regenix, as it will provide a logistics hub for the distribution of our allograft products to the European market. Following this, we are delighted to be partnering with Spineart to bring our allograft products to more customers in the EU. Spineart have a large global footprint that we hope in time can be leveraged to bring our products to more customers internationally.”
But if you do a dummy trade you can still sell relatively high number of shares at 54p - is there a significant buyer in the background?
Crazy the SP here unless there is something we don't know but directors for an AIM company are quality so I doubt it
Alrighty
I doubt TRX will double in a year. Highly doubtful but good if it happens. Not interested in rolls Royce was a traders dream and a terribly run company.
I’m really not interested in what you buy and sell. Every buyer and seller has their own agenda.
I clearly do as I run my own business not that it has anything to do with you. TRX have said they do not envisage going to market as the company will be turning profitable. It’s been mentioned in numerous presentations if you have watched them.
My personal investment has nothing to do with you or anyone else so please refrain from asking.
Have a good evening.
A share can't double? Even in these markets
Explain Rolls Royce to me ?
74p to 205p in a year?
My investment strategy ive done this for over 15 years I recouped this loss in the last 12 month in RR buying at 84p ans selling at 185p
Clearly you have no clue a business can have consolidation at any time if they need to raise cash
Share being bought up or sold my big investors is important so whatare you getting at
What do you even have in TRX £....?
Good evening.
Not sure what your agenda or investment strategy is but generally a good selection process and patience is generally a good investment strategy. You mention you hope the share price will be a £1 in the next 12 months. Why ? That would be a circa 95% return from current prices in one year. I just don’t see that happening personally.
There shouldn’t be any further consolidation as the company should be currently turning to profit with circa 5 million in the bank. The next 2 to 3 years profit will be invested for future expansion. Who’s buying or selling shouldn’t even be on your radar if you have done your own research and are happy with your investment decision.
As you mention TRX was one of your biggest gambles I suggest you rethink your investing strategy. Research, research, research, and your investment decisions will never be a gamble.
Good luck all.
I first bought this share in 2014 and paid nearly 25p per share
Now holding 47000 new shares
After buy more and more unfortunately my averages is £1.28 so a big loss
But im yet to sell hoping to see £1 in the next 12 months
My biggest worries is the consoldstion is to maybe rase more cash in the future
This is why I think the share has not gone up
Also I think someone a larger holder is slowly selling but also someone is buying
For week mostly sells
Price holds around 50 to 57
China and Australia hopefully we get some news on orders and completion before April would help
I'm no expert and never have posted on boards
I've been dealing with health care and avation shares for around 15 years
This was one if my biggest gambles on this company ife always played safe
Hopefully something happens if by April the share is still sat around 50 60p expect i will sell with over a 30k loss
And move on
But hopefully we hit the pound
Cheers
This share is so unpredictable... but I am happy to have held on to it.
Few buys at full ask.slowly but surely.
Good Luck !
Another little tick up!!
I certainly hope so. We're looking to put our house on the market next year. Not in a rush to sell, but any money towards the purchase or any work which needs doing would be very welcome!
Agree.
We want TRX to fully demonstrate high value growth on growth years and this will reflect in a better share price. Really think this will be 150 million + company in the next 5 years, million in 10 if they are not bought out beforehand.
I bought some more today while there is little attention and a gentle upward pressure.
I re-read the Interims from Sept 22 and Sept 23 and the FY results from March, and it convinced me to add to my holding :)
BOD statements in the HYs and FYs, as well as in the recent IMC presentation, are understated but very optimistic about achieving rapid growth without further dilution, or possibly even without touching the $10m credit facility.
This is where research and patience pays off. TRX is at the inflection point from loss-making to generating a profit. Once TRX can really spell out their growth in their HY and FY Reports (coming v soon), and market sentiment drags itself out of the gutter, this will fly.
Agree - inexplicable - good luck to you
I have bought a large chunk of TRX following strong management and products. Only a matter of time IMO
Bought another 10k
in a sensible market, the sp would be much higher (EV/rev>3) imv
tp £1++
