Thanks KJM!! And Jonnyrod thanks for your opinion if it was towards me aha, I feel your pain right now and it sucks for investors like us with what has been done, I'm hoping you can recover your losses within the near future alongside myself and everyone else on here nursing that horrid red loss,, I see a fair few names on here regularly who are keeping positive and in a way it helps me to do the same, I just hope it works out for all of us, chins up and stay positive!!
I agree it is not the normal shafting of PI's. At least we got the chance to subscribe on Primary Bid. I was fortunate enough to be able to take up the offer and should do quite well out of it - but many will not have had that chance.
Also, I can't see how 'delaying' the chance for the directors to buy gets round the rules on buying during a closed period - they have already stated they are going to buy the shares at the placing price.
renroc, I believe you are right. After a few nights of troubled sleep about being shafted...HARD. I have finally come to terms that it is a bitter pill to swallow. I read the circular a few times and I guess the BoD was at the mercy of institutional investors, and we should be "grateful" to have the opportunity to partake in the PrimaryBid. Anyway, it is time to look to the future and hope the management is going to steer the company in the right direction.
Although, I do wonder if the BoD just wanted to give mates rates to their fellow II buddies:
The Issue Price has been set by the Directors following their assessment of market
conditions and following discussions with a number of institutional investors. Shareholders and other
retail investors were afforded the opportunity to participate in the Fundraising alongside institutional
investors via the PrimaryBid Offer
My advice would be very careful about throwing good money after bad.
I'm in the same boat gotta almost 4 bag just for me to break even, don't think there's much chance of that happening.
Just look at whats happened to the share price over the last 5 years, that tells you what you need to know about how good the current BOD are, you really think they can turn it all round with the placing money, it's small potatoes compared to what they've frittered away already.
No worries good luck with the research and the averaging down !!
KJM100K many thanks for the link.

Hi all, new to this stock chat and this is my first post. Ive been following these posts relating to trx now for a few weeks and trying to keep my faith in them. I have been doing my own research but as of this voting thing, this is the first time ive come across it and cant seem to find where people are finding this info from. obvs its me probably not looking in the right places aha. However, I am heavily invested in this company but well above what the current share prices are now. I was so relieved when they delivered their RNS the other week about their up and coming collab and seen many people on here celebrating only now to be knocked down with this stock dilution. I do like to believe it will all be for the greater good in the long run and would like this thought to come true. I hear a lot of talk about investors lowering their averages and I am wondering if i should do the same when the time is right, Im not looking at bailing out with a huge loss as i purchased this stock with great intentions and future growth. Any guidance from the genuine people on here would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks :)
Well said renroc.
Take the money and grow from here.
Or crash n burn.
It's one of those situations isnt it.We are all bloody annoyed at the discount given on the placing and rightly so even though i took some when i didn't really want to but had no choice to at least lower my average a bit.Like what has been said it's difficult to know what price they could have given and still fulfilled the requirements. That said as much as it wrankles voting against it now wouldn't be a smart move. There is no way you can go back to institutions now and ask for more money if its voted down it would put everybody's entire investment at serious risk...My heart says one thing but my head tells me another..And in this game you have to go with your head.
I'm minded to Vote against although don't suppose it will make any difference..........
Just curious, how many people on here will be voting?
