Nomlungu, from 14.11 RNS: - 'The Company estimates that, following the Repayment, it currently has sufficient working capital until at least the end of March 2020'.
Having re-read the quote you provided, I see it includes the words working capital.
From https://www.investopedia.com/terms/w/workingcapital.asp
What Is Working Capital?
Working capital, also known as net working capital (NWC), is the difference between a company’s current assets, such as cash, accounts receivable (customers’ unpaid bills) and inventories of raw materials and finished goods, and its current liabilities, such as accounts payable. Net operating working capital is a measure of a company's liquidity and refers to the difference between operating current assets and operating current liabilities. In many cases these calculations are the same and are derived from company cash plus accounts receivable plus inventories, less accounts payable and less accrued expenses.
There is nothing within the above which mentions investing in fixed assets like clean rooms.
From: https://www.cleanroomtechnology.com/news/article_page/Tissue_Regenix_plans_tissue_engineering_expansion_in_Texas/157299 (dated 19.08.2019)
"Phase one of the expansion will commence immediately with part of the new building being converted into office, distribution and warehouse space, allowing for additional cleanrooms to be built in the original facility, which are expected to be operational by the end of H1 2020."
So either the 14 Nov RNS has not mentioned that funds beyond working capital are available and being utilised for plant investment, or MidCap are not making available loans agreed with TRX, because no RNS stating that loan draw down has occured.
It seems to me that expansion plans are not likely to mature until 2020 H2 now.
Oops, that was my fault....
Good news is the debt facility was negotiated, presumably as a result of the business plan stacking up...I.e. double sales, treble profitability or reduce losses by a greater extent...(fixed costs are fixed)...
A pipeline of NPD, extension of production capacity.
What s not to like?
Gregg,
Growing companies that consolidate often have a history of discounted placings. Despite what the Rampers state there is no evidence that Link have been selling - the reports in the media about a January payout emphasise that it is an interim payout and that it will take more time to sell the shares they are finding difficult to sell without finding a buyer. My understanding is this is why Invesco sold at such a loss rather than wait to be the next forced seller after the potential bundle of shares being hawked did not attract much interest.
Some interpret the RNS dated 14/11 as being favourable - consider some of these cut and paste sound bites:
'MidCap has agreed to suspend its testing of the financial banking covenants until 30 June 2020, when it will recommence with reduced revenue targets.' The key phrase seems to be 'reduced revenue targets'?
'the drawdown of these tranches is now subject to MidCap's discretion and satisfactory recapitalisation of the Company at that time'. So no more money without MidCap agreeing?
'The Company estimates that, following the Repayment, it currently has sufficient working capital until at least the end of March 2020'. Saying that you have little cash resources might raise a red flag for investors - I expect it will for the auditors.
'The Board is currently considering the funding requirements, and further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.' Who is going to fund the funding requirement?
An interesting few months seem to await Tissue Regenix.
Any views from the floor on why/when a 10:1 share consolidation would be likely?
Apart from upping the sp to 10x why bother?
Does it help attract more buyers? If so how?
Cheers for all your responses...
Exiled Geordie from Heaton in Newcastle, now living nr. York. Get my stottie fix when I go up on match days. I think we've dropped on a good one here. I live about 7 miles from their Leeds Office. Tempted to call in and ask what's happening - not that they would tell me anything. Prepared to sit this one out as I think it will come good.
I'm originally from North Shields, and love stotties. Can't get them down South....need a steady flow of family visitors to keep me stocked up. They are the bomb with ham and pease pudding!
I am with you Stu. This is oversold by a forced seller...so represents a big opportunity. I think we are towards the bottom so happy to wait for the rebound.
I will be buying more.
Cheers
Greg. The more i researched this with the help of others on here. The more I found, this companys future exciting. Obviously investments can go down as well as up but I believe we are on a hidden gem.
Atb
Totally off topic but loving the name GreggsStottie!!
Parkez- interesting in relation to new products...do we have any info anywhere on these?
Once the distribution channels are set up for core products, widening the weight of purchase becomes a lot easier. Efficiencies come thick and fast and deliver increasing returns.
Which channel is this? Dental?
The more I read, the more I like this company...
Cheers
Bunsen. Google Woodford Investment Fund.
Bunsen chap. There are some good people on this board. No doubt we will try and assist you as much as possible.
Atb
Bunsen,
Please start reading the business news , even if it's the daily mail to start with! Google Neil Woodford and investment fund to start with.
Cant wait for the funds to finish selling out of this and XSG
Both SP mirror each other daily if not hourly yet very different business's . 20p for this will take a year or two, please be patient.
Bunsen burner I'm not sure the stock market is really for you
Why is Woodford selling if this is supposed to go to 20p?! I mean, I’m all for it but doesn’t add up
Im thinking if your sat on a few of these it should make for a rather exciting start
to 2020 get the Woodford sell off behind us the new production facility delivering to meet the increasing demand and bingo ! not sure if id hold all the way to 20p but as they say in for a penny hold for a pound ! good luck all and may the news be with you
"Personally i believe she is going to 20p pdq soon"
When i read a remark as such, i USUALLY take it with a pinch of salt...however there are strong possibilities in this case.
NEW products were forecast before end of 2019, presumable the ACL product.
News on this will not be released until the know seller has finished...
good times ahead.
Greg. My thinking is a 1 for 10 consolidation. I personally am not keen on share consolidation. However bearing this in mind the sp could possibly go to 50p, hence 10 x the new market cap of £5 per share.
Personally i believe she is going to 20p pdq soon
Woodfords fall is our gain.
There is plenty of upside here, and potential to be back up at 5p plus, if we can drive efficiencies, volume through increased production and more distribution agreements.
I have seen wild noises of £5 a share, but I can't see this.
Does anyone have an opinion on where this could get to?
20p? Based on the recent value including Woodford and double production?
Cheers
