6 to 9 months depending on the employees up take ...
but say average 7 , just adding to the discussion.
Hi Helu0104
From what we have been told it looks like the company could see the sales potential growth early on in 2019.
So I would say that a company as well run as Tissue Regenix would start to employ and train their future staff as early as possible. My guess is that it's an on going task and will be governed by the increase in manufacturing plant but especially with TRX it will be laboratory space and clean rooms.
I would love a tour around their manufacturing facilities in Texas as it would answer many of my questions.
All the best,
Chester.
One question
I am almost certain I read on my research that it takes 9 months to on board these new employees. So I anticipate the fruits of these additional heads to kick in Q3. Anyone want to put me right? By the way bought in at .8
No worries woostock,I 100% agree with your comments on the fda, get them on side and good things happen(good products needed first) im just a lowly warehouse man but its a great company to work for, ask any of our top men anything and they will openly talk about it, and with this being another visit by the fda they all get excited about it, do everything as right as you can in your job and we will be ok they say, been here 5 years now and if we pass this audit again (which im sure we will) this will be my last job before retirement(im 52)get it right in this trade and massive things happen, all trx need to do is xort the staff and extra production out and the finance will look after itself, our company is always investing in new things as the fda approved products keep the money coming in.
Sbrown. Thanks for reply. Your work sounds very interesting. Have you googled Mike Wearner, he is attached to Trx together with Janet Lambert. Mike Werner has made a career of making things happen within the Fca on the legal side.
Thanks woostock, I work for a small pharmaceutical company app 250 employees and a t/o of £26million, we have the fda around again in feb as we want another licence to sell another linenced product in the usa, and the emails have already been sent out outlining what a usa licence means and eveyone from the top brass to the cleaners are all expected to be on top form, fda approval is massive for any size company and gives between 5 and 7 years of exclusivity and a massive marketplace, as in most things, crack the usa market and the world opens up in a big way, TRX have approval and from how ive seen my company has expanded on its first drug to the states this says to me this company is really going to make it, gla
And all for 12 Mil MCAP!! Surely this is being held down for a takeover. I think the next update will reveal all.
Sbrown. I am glad you have mentioned the significance of an Fda license. I been banging on about this massive milestone achieved by Trx for quite a while now. I look at quite a few pharmacy companies that are either doing studies or trying to obtain Fda approval of which in many cases fail. What Trx is achieving is truly remarkable.
The other significant factor is there are some heavy weights around Trx. Janet Lampert is worth googling
I don't like ramping but when she goes, people will be arguing at 20p, that she will go to 40p. So imop we are lucky to be getting in at this level.
In my humble opinion this i
Therapeutics is the future of medicine
Crazy not grab at around this while we can !
the company i work for supplies the us market and i have seen first hand a 5day fda audit to supply the usa and how much it means to get a licence,i for one am overjoyed to be in at a 1.04 average, very happy indeed, gla
as long as the new shifts are in place producing extra revenue i think that will satisfy the market but the opposite if it isnt, glass half full or glass half empty syndrome,my glass is half full.
Thanks Chester. I did go back through all RNS's and Reports but obviously didn't pick up on it. I am re-visiting all my research and have started nitpicking - my way of not getting carried away with this share but I think this is a bit of a gem. Back to the nitpicking!!
But the update in Oct....
"The increase in throughput is now expected to become available during Q4 2019 and, as such, the Board anticipates that revenue for 2019 will be below current market consensus by approximately 15% to 20%, with a corresponding reduction in margin impacting EBITDA."
so the increase in throughput in Q4 would be Oct- Dec ...so..one has to assume that some of those increased sales from the extra production, will be shown as Deferred Income by the year end account, rather than revenue..and the revenue will be paid and show in Q1 2020
nice post chester, hoping for a real quality update with new shifts in place, should put a rocket up the sp,1.03 will be a distant memory, people just to learn a little patience will pay off,
Hi StuoftheToon
I've just looked back at the RNS 4th June.
Annual Report year ending 31st Dec 2018.
There is this comment.......
"We have continued to develop our commercial partnerships and have a strong pipeline of both new product launches and product line extensions, which are expected in the near term. We remain committed to optimising operations and have introduced new shift patterns to meet increasing demand. We are optimistic these benefits will continue into the future".
So new shift patterns already in place prior to June this year which means that the company were well ahead of the game.
Probably started training new staff last March or April. Just guessing but would make sense if they had already implimented more production shifts in June.
Chester.
One could also ask how do you train staff if funding to grow the San Antonio clean room has been constrained - have the facilities to produce the pelvic mesh solution been increased and what is the cash flow. How does this impact on the financing agreement?
Many questions...
I was interested in the TRX statement that to train their staff takes between 6 to 9 months. Given that this is a very specialist sector and the availability of ‘ready trained staff’ is restricted, how have we managed to run double shifts to meet the demand? Increasing staff hours and overtime are options in the short term, but over a protracted period it is not a sustainable model, not least for the welfare of the staff.
I can’t think that there were suitably qualified staff in the vicinity just kicking their heels waiting for the call or did we have the foresight to establish a training programme in anticipation of the call to arms. Any help on this front appreciated.
