Are we into time travel with TRX, this is an added risk that I shall need to look into. JJ
2015 Chilting ??
LOL
10p mid 2015 looks great to me - the new management team look like there on the ball.
I kept this post from Chester when we were discussing prospects before the results ..I hope he doesn't mind me pasting it again..if anyone wants to review and re-look at potential figures or timelines

Tissue Regenix future price is about the relationship of the Gross Sales and the Market Sentiment. Its really all about the Market Capitalization (MCap).
If Gross Sales for 2021 reach £20M the MCap could be x5 = £100m (1.42p / share ) but sentiment as to where the SP could be in 2 or 3 years time will also come in to play.
When the phase 2 ( 10 extra clean rooms ) is completed and in full production, mid to late 2022, we can project that the full 2023 sales could exceed £100m so at that point what could the MCap look like ? ( £400m or £500m ) = ( 5.7p or 7.1p ).
That is just one view of how quickly this share could give a multiple of 9 or 11 times todays SP.
10p a share is a possibility but not until full year 2024 accounts are in, so mid 2025 and only if the BOD keep the 'peddle to the metal'.
Chester.
There is no doubt that there is general agreement that there is a lot to look forward to.... especially after all the comments about strategy and outlook detailed in the final results write up and presentation...
I wont be top slicing this year because the second half looks very promising as the COVID subsides in terms of hospital care ...I will probably top up on any pull back
For now I will just let the team get on with it ... this isn't a share where I care too much about daily fluctuations... not like the industrials or commodities that are very seismic in shifts according to data release and opinion ...this kind of company just gets on with its targets and has demand needs anyway ..regardless of whether the media is positive or negative
I think a penny by the end of the year is very doable. I think my first purchase was a little more than that, and I thought that was a bargain. Little did I know!
I think I will try to avoid top slicing, especially as consolidation hasn't been ruled out, but we shall have to wait and see.

The main thing is that TRX has the potential to perform well, we don't know the timeframe - that validates the investment.
I do see the merits of trading chilting and i do trade PRES actively between 80/90 and 110.
With TRX i feel it has such huge potential i don't want to be out of it when the next contract is announced which it will be...
Hospital admissions for Covid are reducing in the U.K and the U.S where TRX's major market is.
Ramping up of elective surgery will quickly follow and with that a huge pent up demand for TRX's products...
Remember those conversations very well Chilting....
You will remember earlier this year when out of the blue ITX jumped up to 8p out of nowhere really.
Unfortunately I was one of those that did not top slice as I believed it would just keep rising.
When it started to slide back down I sold a chunk of my holding around 6.4 so I quadrupled some of my stake, I then sold out the remaining shares between 4.8 and 5.. In hindsight I messed up as had I left it all in, at one stage I could have sold 12.80 and times my holding by 8 (but that's the chance we take) I was happy with my profits and I have mentioned over on the ITX board previously that it has now saved my bacon on two occasions over the past few years.
I genuinely hope the LTH over there do very well, although it was only a couple of weeks ago it was nudging 13p and now back around the 9.9p (and again there hasn't really been any news)
I spent my time researching what my next move would be, I know it's unlikely to get that lucky again and I am in no rush at all, I was tipped off about TRX by someone who doesn't post much but when he/she does it was worth reading over on ITX, that 'said' person told me to keep an eye on TRX, so started doing a little digging, and believe this was worth investing into.
I have purchased a few chunks around 0.5 and 0.65 and like to think this is a brilliant entry price into what seems a company well managed and on the up.
Only time will tell I guess but since I have been invested here (only a few months) there is certainly nothing telling me that it was a bad call.
Good luck to you and any other holders.
Tony
I think its important to have a wide range of investments from FTSE100 companies to AIM minnows.
My average is 0.62 and I bought 4x the amount of shares I initially planned to buy :-D
I'm prepared to hold very long term, however once it doubles I might want to get back my initial investment, then the plan is to hold for 10+ years... and see where it ends up.
My gut feeling tells me it will get to over 1p, if not double, by end of this year. Might be wishful thinking but hey ho.
I see what you mean chilting.
My experience though is a bit different. Maybe i have been lucky picking shares over the last couple of years but the one time i top sliced and let the profit ride it resulted in a 20k profit rather than 80k profit.
Tony
Over on the ITX board we had the same conversation after the SP took off and the general consensus was I guess 50:50 for and against top slicing. I sold 20% of my holding in ITX to totally repay my investment and have just profit left in.
I came to the conclusion that it was worth buying more shares to accommodate the top slice without eating into the investment to much - you can always invest elsewhere, in fact my TRX investment has come from ITX.
I did loose money with SXX and a lot of investors over committed there - this taught me not to put too many eggs in one basket.
Let's agree to disagree chilting.
I'm all in here and have slowly built up large holding from after the fundraise last year ( missed out on PB ).
I own 0.25% of TRX and will wait until TRX reaches its true potential value.
It is a large holding but i feel justified as funding is in place and i have nothing else to spend the money on in this Covid environment.
No top slicing here!
Yes, its important to have a strategy with these type of growth investments - you need enough shares to top slice your initial investment out, but not too many or it ties up too much of your portfolio or risks a big loss if something goes wrong.
There are actually 7 billion shares...i definitely do look forward to the day someone pays 14p for each one ...and outside any consolidation...
First stop though for me is for the bottom line to be in profit...then take it from there....step by step.
Flowkey I like your exuberance , we would all like to see TRX mirror ITX, but , as I posted last night , with 6billion shares in issue it's highly unlikely.
A nice dream but alas I don't see it myself.
Pokerchips,
In March 2020 when it was 0.25 nobody would have thought ITX would have jumped up to just under 13p.. Unfortunately I never got mine that cheap but did get my last big chunk at 1.6p so was more than happy when I sold out a few weeks back. I then invested a chunk of my profits in two more companies (TRX being one of them) as I believe they have a chance to do extremely well once the world slowly starts to open up again and more news filters through)
I am not saying TRX 'will' do an ITX, but I am saying it 'could' do and why not ??
Hopefully we will then all see the benefits.
Assuming you do have some pennies in here of course !!
chilting
OK thanks...
I see ...you are looking more at cash levels and cover against fund raise OK
yeah in the case of cash on hand here they have a good clearance ....I would say better than ITX's of $1.4m against what is needed in the business ...
Pokerchips
The main thing is that it does have the potential to get to that level - looking at many of the smaller AIM companies, its obvious that they will never make it into the big time and just rise for a few months and then fall right back with the next fundraise - TRX looks set to dodge that trend because they are growing to meet market demand with innovative products that their market demands - hence the similarity to ITX.

" and very similar how the directors have skin in the game "
They are normally contracted to do so ..... as in most companies.....
but oh.... I see what you are getting at
...you mean from last years 0.31p SP fund raise period .....
well to do a x 47 increase like ITX would take this to 14p ..... MCAP of £980m
... gonna take some time for that kind of level
Sorry rushing.
Should have read 'invested in ITX'
Hi Poker Chips,
Over the years I have been in invested on two occasions.
At one stage last March the price was .25 and many people got very nervous and sold out.
Yes Market Caps, completely different and Yes a completely different product.
However I was merely saying that I believe TRX could 'possibly' take a similar journey and very similar how the directors have skin in the game (even more optimistic with the purchases made by two of them these past two days)
So why not ?
Enlighten me
Both specialist companies with unique products offered to lots of customers on a repeat basis - the momentum builds sales over a period of time.
Really struggling to see how you could possibly compare ITX to TRX in anyway ....
