Tremor stated the buyback programmes were because the sp was lower than they believed it should be.
Presumably without the buybacks the sp would be even lower still?
With buybacks we own a larger slice of the pie but it is worth less now anyway.
The markets are reflecting the balance of supply and demand.
We are not in demand regardless of the buyback(s).
Tremor International Ltd
("Tremor" or the "Company")
Share buyback-transaction in own shares
I didn't think they were finished. I wouldn't have thought that any bought for directors freebies would be part of a share buyback, as share buybacks are held in treasury.
Tremor International Ltd (AIM: TRMR), a global leader in advertising technologies, announces that on 4 August 2020 it bought-back 25,000 ordinary shares of NIS0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 120.9 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares acquired pursuant to the Buyback Programme will be reclassified as dormant shares under the Israeli Companies Law (without any rights attached thereon) and will be held in treasury.
Yup, agreed they should have $2 m of firepower left. Probably saving it to pay the tax on the September vesting of directors free shares. After all we wouldn’t want our leaders to generate a return on our money to keep their snouts in the trough. The sooner we all go to tel Aviv and Demand some answers the better
Rusty,
Looks about right
1/4/20 Dormant shares 22,696,078
28/7/20 Dormant shares 26,917,652 increase of 4,221,574
Block listing of 2,000,000 mostly issued (see block listing review for exact numbers).

I would be very surprised if share buyback is complete, they don't seem to have bought anywhere near the shares you suggest. I stand to be corrected, but, I would have thought if it was completed there would have been an RNS, I can't remember anywhere near that amount.
I think you will find that the buyback is complete.... 10M$'s worth.
5m+ shares at about £1.50.... 7.5£m.

As for Tremor, what happened to the buyback?
Is something afoot?

Perhaps our BOD at Tremor are about to “Trumpet” the arrival of yet another Acquisition/Merger soon.
I just hope that the ‘Sound & Air’ required for this event originates from the upper regions of the body and not the lower outlet.
