It's certainly been a very difficult time for long-term holders. No dividends, just rewards for the management. This is against the obligation of a company to return value to shareholders. We were told that share buy-backs were undertaken partly to return value to shareholders (buying back shares at what the management considered a price too low) but were the buybacks not just more opportunities for the directors to load up?
My enthusiasm is at an all time low - but that being said the shares could revive if a special dividend were declared, or even an ordinary dividend.
But then maybe ofer is slipping you a few backhanders from his immoral earnings.
I'm losing millions and you are saying "all's well"...
jr
radium,
just ******* give up will you?
all this " good news", "jam tomorrow" makes you sound like ofer's spokesman.
we are totally ****ed whatever you think.

This is what happens when investors lose confidence in management. Nobody is buying what they're selling.
They tried to stem the bleeding yesterday with the press release. Nobody is listening.
Agreed. Greedy pigs
Lmao - dem crooks panic so they issue some worth less RNS to... guess what.... increase SBC ahah!
STRONG SELL
PR department is doing an excellent job…… for Ofer. Ensures they give the stock answer to any investor that contacts them to say that all information is in the public domain while acting as a buffer to make sure no shareholder can ever contact the Board directly.
If you want to effect change, time to lobby the big shareholders, they are the only ones who can fix things. They better have a Plan A, B and C otherwise we are all fooked…
Hi Dog I trust you are well, albeit peed off at the manipulation carried out by our greedy bar steward directors. What puzzles me, is why do our major shareholders stand for it and where is our PR dept. Back in the Blinkx days and a little after if there was something positive going on, the PR dept would let the market know. I honestly don’t know if we even currently have one, because if we do, they are not doing their job. Good luck to all genuine holders, Curly.
Daddy, JR,
Our wonderful CEO sold in numerous tranches from 27 July until the day before the release of the fabulous numbers and guidance. He knew damn well they were going to drop a bomb on us, and we're truly the stupid bagholders.
I no longer trust him at his word. Not at all. This is not a good thing from where I sit.
Daddyaim
Don't make it any worse than it is. This is an auto sales for his tax on freebies he gets!
Does he effing deserve it?
No bloody way! Does he have any shame or guilt?
Like hell.
The saying is a fool and his money are soon parted... and we are the fools!
What I still don't get is why tosca et al are so quiet?
jr
Lmao drucker panick selling and dumping shares to bagholders... not a great sign of confidence...
Shorters are celebrating today.... while the share has never been so cheap!!! 90 million euro net cash, 142 million shares, market capitalization 250 million.... rising turnover and solid balance sheet... ridiculous
Volume sold 283,773. Volume bought 1,175,687 share price down 18.10 Am I missing something.
New to this board. I’ve never seen such a confusing trading statement. Apparently $95 million “returned to shareholders” in FY22 and Q1 23 through share buybacks. Assuming an average of £5 each (pushing it) that’s 15 million shares but I don’t see the share count reducing at anything like that. How many shares do they give as share-based pay and bonuses? I’d much rather see a dividend, at $95 million over 5 quarters, we wouldn’t be down at this price even after this heavily disguised profit warning. I dialled in to the Investor webcast yesterday, it was a bit of a dirge, just involved reading every single word of a few slides. But - in the Q&A, you could sense Ofer Druker’s enthusiasm for the new end to end product. They’ve obviously had problems merging with Amobee, that’s always the problem taking on a larger company. I’m also guessing a few Amobee sales guys have baled out.
120p friday
I remember buying some of these pre-covid or was it start of covid when the sp drop below £1 to around 80p. it then got a v.quick 50% bounce.
Scorion, spot on.
Same to you, jrlse.
That's the elephant in the room!
Why are mitaq, tosca and schroder so quiet?
jr
Gdog
Unless we can amass 5% from retail holders to put forward resolutions to remove the board, nothing we can do and they know it.
Why our big shareholders have allowed this is however beyond me because it's been crystal clear what's been going on fo the last 3 years
flying horse...the board keeps giving them shares, which they sell.
i've been ******** about that one for a couple years now.
After we bought the pig known as Amobee 13 months ago, following were their forecast for 2023.
· Full year 2023 Contribution ex-TAC of approximately $500 million
· Full year 2023 Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $200 million
After they bought the total garbage formerly known as blinkx (R1), they waited a few short weeks to tell us 'now that we've done what we should have done before we bought the crap known as R1 and actually looked at the books, the numbers would not be as good as we thought, at which time they lowered expectations.
What about all the Money we were supposed to make on the World Cup? NADA...NOTHING.
These guys get the gold medal for incompetence.
One way for Israelis to wipe out Saudis. I hope for his sake (actually I hope not) that Ofer still has the protection of Mossad.
Management should be brutally punished with no pay and forced to buy millions of shares.

TRMR discussed as big news of the day! "They are missing their numbers" Brokers and investors are being 'caught off guard' by the repeated downgrades.
Still out, but still watching, not yet buying back in.
