"How are Trmr going"
The figures/expectations say it all..
This year includes a full year contribution from Unruly and Rthm(was 8months last yr).
So RTHM + YUME + Unruly + Taptica and they still expecting to make revenues of only $330m and adj Ebitda of $30m????
At one point, Rthm were supposed to be making over $350m on their own, weren't they?
Read the Finncap forecasts from 31st March and compare with the June and current note:.
They reduced expectations significantly in June and since have increased them but still significantly lower than 6 months ago.
All they have done is significantly reduce expectations half way through the year then increase them slightly since.
Therefore, their expectations are still significantly below 31st March levels.
Finncap notes - free to register.
Finncap expectations as of 31st March were:
revenue: $424.9m, now $330m, DOWN $95m
ebitda: $75.mm, now $33m, DOWN $40m

All this with record spending on US Election ad spends - over $1.5bln.
With both US Presidential Election ad spending at record highs AND the exclusive deals via Unruly, I would have thought the revenues. adj Ebidta, cash should have been SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than 2019.
Have a look at previous results, since before/after Rthm -
remember TRMR now = RTHM+YUME+UNRULY+TAP
period, revenues, profit/loss, cash
2018 276.9m 44.1m 54.4m *** without any contribution from rthm
2019 325,8m 60.4m 76.9m *** with 8 month contribution from rthm
2020e 350m, 33m, *** ONLY $25m revenue increase, even with FULL YEAR contribution from rthm & Unruly
Eags,
You better obey the rules, or the board police are going to come, take you away, and lock you up. That'll help the disparity of ethnic / racial backgrounds in your prisons, so it'll be for a good cause.
Are we allowed to talk about the US election and how a Trump/Biden win could impact the stockmarket(s)?
Rusty, good to hear from you, hope you and yours are keeping well in these dreadful times, agree with you comments things are starting to move in the right direction here ( for a change) and now moving positively in the right direction, hope it continues in this direction, I check in every day , it’s a shame the last few days has seen the very informative board being ambushed by the current Black v White debates, this board should be used for the purpose it’s intended for, I’m not for one minute stating the topic isn’t a very important discussion to be had but not here.

There is a blast from the past. Hi, Farruggia1967, I agree, we have seen small seeds of promise, it would be nice to see this board full of comments on tremor. I really do hope they can continue the recent progress.
Its better than what I have seen recently a board full of " This message has been filtered, please adjust your filters to view " from the lonely one and his motley crew.
Next 6-12 months of quarterly trading updates should be interesting. Seems that TRMR is beginning to get on the radar of serious investors.
Some debate on why TRMR is on AIM. Apart from that we are still in jam tomorrow terittory (IMO)....although we can detect the aroma of fruit in a rolling boil. Perhaps they are about ready to add the sugar!
Anybody here know how Tremor Int are going, the last few days seems to have changed this board, shame really
