Don’t forget:
£6m of carried forward tax, meaning a saving of around £1.4m in tax gains For anyone that does a RTO here.
And their shares were bought at 0.1.......
Remember they took an 18% stake in TRAF in September last year.
FES are a private limited company with a sole director, Paul Forrest. They operate in the oil and gas services sector. FES also own 10% of Angus Energy.

I'm a fair person, I don't spit on the well that gives water (money in this instance)
Traf
what a Quick ninja trade, When Davy50 buys or about to buy, it's worth jumping in for a quick trade.
good call Davy50.
For now it's just a ponzi with the mm's the obvious winner, charging 0.072p for buyers and 0.061p for sellers it's criminal
Need to shake out the early buyers have a dip then it might push on later. I do not take on a huge spread just to sell out on another huge spread for 5-10% do not let the mm's win
If done right (and is rto) could see this going multiples of the 10 considering where the market cap is at.
At least we won’t get a speeding ticket here lol
As we were speaking about before kwota, seems some sort of rto being worked with forum and following the process needed with debt etc.. just way I’m seeing things.
Also who's buying these new additional shares as the RNS says they were put straight back out for sale. Not hitting the market, so I assume it's been bought by a big investor?
10 bagger hopefully
This could go totally bonkers from this tiny market cap.
Think some have already arrived Torino. Had a quote at 0.0464p but somebody else bought 6 mil+ same second so mine was pulled, does look like it will pop and punters love the decimal stuff, small punt for me but had to pay higher
Of the £100,000 total cash consideration received by Mr Johnson for the 2022 Conversion Shares, £50,000 is to be subscribed for by Paul Treadaway, Trafalgar's Chief Executive Officer, and £10,000 by Gary Thorneycroft, the Company's Group Financial Director.
I wonder if this was some kind of deal to allow the next steps to fall in place. Focus Energy didn't buy into this share for nothing. But probably wanted the depts cleared before moving onto the next steps....Only my opinion!
The herd will be here soon, once they see the top riser list. Yes the directors have put up a ton of cash, and the company is still only valued at £320k lol.
Used to trade at nearly 3p
With the debt settled, this still only has a tiny market cap of £320k…Must be the cheapest shell around. Directors also put their money up. If it’s good enough for them, it should do well from here.
£150k cap & director has essentially put in £100k of his own money
Wow springs to mind
About time 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
NT to buy now, this could do multiples over the next few trading sessions.
With all those shares allocated how much of the company does he now own?
Maybe this has been a plan all along? Could be exciting couple of days going into Easter
You’d think after that rns 0.04 will be the lowest now.
Sorry multiply it and it comes to 905 not 950. Anyway lets see if we can work it out
Yeah it's confusing 226,250,000 x 4 or 0.4 or 0.004 = a ratio 0.95p, his debt is £905k but the market cap is or was below 200k yesterday so is he writing off his investment here I really do not know, why would you throw away 800k of it for nothing, I'll await more answers on here from anybody more understanding of the RNS
