Either way at 600k MCap this company is oversold
Moderate risk. High reward
yes I held pre Aquis Rns.
had TOOP didn't rns the Aquis Exchange move Sp would probably be higher than today's SP.
Funny that Aklee cause thats what the RNS says lol. :)
the risk is if cash runs out before the move to Aquis Exchange then its game over for TOOP because on the main market it has little chance to raise substantial cash to keep it going concern.
Haha, that's funny Earl of Shame. I'm sure I remember you ramping TOOP not so long ago :S
Another view would be that moving to Aquis is simply a cheaper place to list therefore saving money. Main market listings don't come cheap
Likely it is, but they also did mention another reason they wanted to move to AQSE.
Regardless of any of it, it is to low and it will rise, what the future holds is anyones guess.
Toop moving to Aquis Exchange is for one reason, and that's to raise cash, On the main market one can only raise 20% of the Mcap, however on Aquis there's no restriction.
Cash at end of March 2022 £375k ( that's including a raise of £300k)
so minus the raise they had £75k in cash.
OK total £375k end of march.
I reckon Cash is about to run out
Taken a few grand at 12s today. This is severely oversold and should bounce back to 18s on technicals alone.
Add in some news and it multibags

Hi - are you talking of £0.002 or £0.0002? Thanks
I think when its ready it will do several bags regardless.
Following on from yesterday's post I noticed that the share price has been driven down from 0.020p to the current 0.0095p on hideously low volume.
In 2 months only 14% of the issued capital has been traded, barely £130,000 of value, or around 800m shares, it seems to me that it would only take modest volume, or a decent update and the share price could propel very quickly, potentially back to 0.0020p or even 0.0030p which is where the bid was on the 18th July.
Looking at the CEO's LinkedIn profile he has excellent credentials and reputation, surely he would not want to tarnish that by taking TOOP into a dark hole so soon after his CEO appointment.
Has the market price TOOP wrongly one wonders ?
DYOR etc
The silence from the BOD is almost negligent given the fall in the market value of the company, at current levels TOOP is valued at only £480k verses the £2.5m reached in April and the £1.5m back in July.
The damage seemed to be done by the suggestion they would delist from the Main Market and join the liquidity dry market known as AQSE, the 'deadline' implied has been missed by nearly 1 month.
2 months ago the CEO posted this on his Linkedin profile, hardly a requisite of a dying company is it .....
'As DMSL - The business telecoms experts and Toople.com continue to win a lot of new customers we are looking to expand our sales support team. Please apply directly to Izzy M or myself if you have the pre-requisite skills, attitude and aptitude'
AIM has history of companies whose share prices are in the gutter but then can rise 200%/300% in a day or two, unless affairs at TOOP are terminal then this may be one to watch, the proposition is approaching a binary one.
Some update must be due shortly.
Why did I average down against everything I know, oh well.
Sooner this delists the better.
Nothing. You own TOOP shares which are listed on AQSE market. However, watch for consolidation of shares and or dilution via a placing or fundraise. Also your broker may not deal in AQSE stocks, so best check.
What happens to my shares if TOOP joins AQSE market ?
It likely is too low now,,,but my decisson has been made I am buying no more!
I feel very let down by the new CEO!
Well regardless, it is to low now.
It seems a few more have been unable to resist as wel...
It is very disappointing that Gregg has not found time to introduce some supportive elements to the market, the time he has been in office I do feel he ought to have made some contribution to the news flow...ah well he is only a CEO and it does appear that we can't expect too much from them these day s , very dissapointing Gregg :-/
How many more times do I have to resist :-))
Well I could not resist ;-)
GL SR
This has to be worth a punt ?!
Low
11mill sells against 500K buys this morning. This is happening daily, I am surprised they are keeping the price as it is and not dropping further.
Another point, when is Gregg Bryce going to let us know he is still 'in the office'...he surely must have had time to settle in by now...Gregg?
