All small fast growing companies start with f/a. Now they are growing at 250% with a t/o of £6million. The fact that some people bought in at over inflated prices is not really my problem but I don't like anybody to lose money. ****t
And?. it 10 bags from here... big wow. 1.7p. I bet the people who bought in at float are booking their holidays to Barbados right now:....
Probably not...
Don’t forget Jumanji, 250% of FA is still FA.
Whereas, the costs still keep adding up. Call centre in SA... how much is that costing.? Part time CEO...Same?
Just don’t drag anybody into this based on your over inflated ideas. There is only one way this is going, and it’s been going that way since it floated at 8p
Is the local village missing it’s idiot? Or is that Breith fella posting? He couldn’t add up either.
So let's assume their growth slows right down from 250% to 100%. By the summer the turnover is £10million and average net profit is only 20% (I think it's higher). That's £2million on a multiple of 10 at£20 million valuation. That's a conservative 7x.
Your post is filled with selective waffle. These figures were taken from July's rns. They were growing at 250%. Since then they have opened a new call centre in SA. This is a rapidly growing company and the margins are an average.
I take your point though about their most expensive broadband. Still I think they must be on 1500 new customers a month now at around £6million t/o. Another 6 months to go who knows what they will be doing then.
Your Ofcom link date pre 2015.... So that points invalid.
Youve taken an investopedia average to work out average margins, and ignore anything from the accounts. ON TOP of which your figures suggest a NP of 29% not 17%. Your figures are a joke
You may spend £500 a month on broadband BUT Toople have focused on Micro SME, which doesnt. Focus on Toople, the most expensive broadband on their site.... https://www.toople.com/businessbroadband/#section_QJ8Kj is £32.49. Explain?
There isnt much "fat" on 32.49 for it to be much fatter.
Il eat my hat if this is anywhere near £1 Million NP. Infact Il eat it if they are in even Profit. Your valuation is a joke though.
10 bagger minimum, lets look at that.
Todays value £2 Million, with on your figures, 3.4 Million of TO and £1 Million of Net Profit. Undervalued...
Your valuation. £20 Million Minimum, with the same figures? 20x NP? What world are you living in?
Dont do a comparison to Kcom, BT, Daisy or Gamma, Completely different businesses. Telcos are valued at 16 to 20x Monthly GP. Therefore on your £1 Million NP, circa 1.6 Million.
Toople will lose money this year.
As stated in the July update margins for broadband are much fatter.
Turnover at present is approximately 3.4million. Net profit of around £1million and growth of 250% gives minimum valuation of £10 million without the growth. By the time the finals are out this will be a 10 bagger minimum.

Ofcom to increase margins in favour of incumbents.

Gross profit up to 80 or 90 % and net profit is a healthy 17%.
I spend 50 quid a month on my mobile phone alone. I own a small business where I spend 500 pounds a month just on broadband.... not sure which planet you are living on.
Jabba,
Sorry to dissapoint, 1000 customers a month with an arpu of 40 quid.. is 40k a month, not 200k a month. They sell to Micro SME, cheap phone lines and broadband.... not leaselines and complex systems. When they say 200 or 500k in sales, then mean contracted value. Eg over 24 months. 500k over 24 months is 20k.... Low margin, 2 or 3k of GP.
Where have they stayed end of January? Direct me to a written notice confirming that.
Hazel - rsi is looking stronger at 62 and toople are trading above the 50 day average. They are pulling in about 1000 customers a month which is about £200000 a month revenue equating to 2£million pa. As the mcap is £1.9 million this represents a bargain for a growing company. Will be buying on dips.
They stated End of January
No one has said results are due in ten days. They have six months for FY end.
Some heavy sells here, No one sells 10s of 0000s within 10 days of results day unless they know something.... surely
Jabber, I bought a few here on the eve of the general election at about 0.15p. Been watching toop for a year. They don’t put out many RNS and we have not had a trading update for a while do I think they are waiting for a juicy one. Signups are growing and hopefully it won’t be long before they are profitable. Dyor
Not bought in yet but the revenue is going up exponentially. This is looking increasingly solid. Looks like revenue could actually quintile at this rate. Just looking for confirmation.
Razel you’re surely joking? Have you seen the interims? They need to quintuple revenues to break even. Not a chance the next news will say they’re profitable. They have a while yet to file full accounts. I’m guessing the challenge will be convincing the auditors to agree they’ll be a going concern for at least 12 months given the rate they’re burning cash. It’s possible they’ll make it but I think it’s unlikely without a further fundraising.
Not at toople buddy, but within the circle or professionals around it
Hum, interesting. Either you know someone who works for Toople or you work their yourself then. Not had any news since September. But it’s good that they are getting their heads down and working. Hopefully next RNS will say toop are now profitable..... and the sp will take off.
In the right place, at the right time this morning to ask someone who would be involved in signing it off at a compliance level, who said she hadn't even been given them yet.
Invested significantly here and was hoping for some sort of guidance of if I should jump... I didnt get it, but she just said as far as she knew everything was "ok"
Sorry, typo. How would you know that?
Investrip, how would you knit that?
