The update will most likely come from Valkor
Right on our doorstep, in our back yard, but not a fecking peep from TOM
Radio (frequency) silence..
Maybe we’ll get an update next Easter then?
The Company is also announcing the commencement of drilling activities on the Asphalt Ridge project in Uintah County, UT. A rig is scheduled to be on site this Sunday, and to drill and complete the Company’s first well on this asset in the next two weeks. Drilling results are expected to be readily available shortly after the well is drilled to a total estimated depth of 1,200 feet. The project targets a highly promising heavy-oil tar sand field that is expected to be densely developed at scale, with as low as 2.5 acre spacing for future wells. Through existing working interests and option agreements, the Company has the ability to take up to a 20% working interest in this project.
“These are positive next milestones for our Company,” commented Michael Peterson, CEO of Trio Petroleum Corp. “It is very encouraging to see these next steps happen in the transition from the exploration and de-risking of these promising oil and gas assets into potentially scalable cash-flowing resources. We look forward to providing further updates as we drill our first well on the Asphalt Ridge Asset and restart production on additional wells and selling of oil produced from both the McCool Ranch and Presidents Fields in the months ahead.”

That first trade showing as a sell,..????
That first trade showing as a sell,..????
Be better if JB was not involved with Tomco at all.
I don't get it as the two of them seemed to get on well but I think it is the lack of payment that has caused the rift.
Nope regarding funding as he had fallen out with JP.
He did mention the 1 mill we still owe them and that we are not involved in the well drills.
At least someone tell you what’s happening,
Did you ask him what happing with our funding,
I asked Steve Byle regarding the 10k a month, his reply.
That payment has stopped, as TomCo stopped providing services last year. Not sure when last payment was.
"Funnily enough, I'm feeling more positive about TOM than the rest of my holdings put together!" Something's happening here so I feel vindicated! Very wary of involving the Occult in my investment decisions but ignoring my gut feeling has cost me dear in the past. We must all follow our own guru. And if your guru is yourself then prepare to disappear up your own vestibule. Black holes on a smaller scale? GLA!
Ok, so now they will be drilling again, then hopefully the infrastructure will need to be put on TSHII and the payments resumed.
26th January 2022
Ill ask Zac if that payment is still ongoing or when it had finished.
At last AGM we where told that Tomco would not be involved in the huff and puff. as for the 10k a month .
When is that from?
Does this mean TOM will get 'stay alive' revenues? Possibly backdated?
Services Agreement with Heavy Sweet Oil
TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Heavy Sweet Oil LLC ("Heavy Sweet Oil"), a US based oil and gas company, to assist it with permitting and government relations in respect of their planned drilling programme adjacent to the D Tract of the Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") site in the Uinta Basin, Utah, United States. Should Heavy Sweet Oil progress to producing oil it is anticipated that some of the supporting infrastructure for their operations will be located on the TSHII site.
The assistance being provided to Heavy Sweet Oil is being undertaken alongside the Company's own work to progress its plans for the TSHII site. Heavy Sweet Oil have agreed to pay TomCo US$10,000 per month for its services, with the agreement backdated to start from 1 January 2022
Pure speculation on my part, any thoughts?
The 2 directors of Vale Consultancy have put in around £1m for tomco shares over the last few months. Tomco have said that the funders will likely take over Greenfield and leave tomco with some cash and a smaller stake in greenfield the project in Utah with no further funding required from tomco.
Vale Consultancy are structural engineers, one attended UNi in USA and obviously has contacts.
So...
1. Vale Consultancy organising the funding to take over greenfield?
2. Vale do an rto into Tomco? Giving them a UK listing and the USA project?
We then would have a shiny new company with the 2 directors as major shareholders?
Soulac, why? we are not drilling anything, we are building a new tar sands plant.
Valkor have waited a long time for the drilling permits, I think our funding will depend on drilling results, ie that the injection gas no not migrate,
Good research, thanks!
I see one of them went to Penn State University.
"Penn State is a major, public, research-I university serving Pennsylvania and the global community"
I wonder if they have contacts from their time there that are in the know.
Heavy Sweet were paying TOM for permitting and gov relations assistance. Infrastructure was also going to be located on the TSHII site.
We can sit in hope that the approval of permits and funding for the initial wells can evidence the area and TOMs funding is a matter of when and not if going forward
See the Quadrise announcement today regarding Valkor funding and drilling next week. This should bode well (LOL!) for TOM getting it's funding, as it will prove up the oil.
