Pull the other one, Stock.
2 months beyond the expiry of the option, they still can't provide a timeline on when they hope to regain exclusivity.
They've also negated to state that they hope funding will be completed in a certain timeline (Easter '22, Q4 '23 etc.)
Mr Potter will stuff his coffers for a few more months until the game is finally up
Dilution aside, I do see today's RNS as positive news.
£300,000 in the bank, the ii buyers of that stock would have wanted to know how close TOM are to sign off and what the chances of that are. The words 'near term: and 'high percentage' come to mind, as that is what I would want to hear before funding them.
DrMicho I couldn't agree more .
Any company who hasn't completed a raise in the past 6 months [that's generous] is at risk IMO
Tomco must be very desperate to have to offer a 47% discount. What a disgrace and what will that £300k actually be used for,
I have to admit these AIM companies are getting worse.... I have a fair few AIM investments running at the moment and they will be the last. I have even had CEO's state that there would be no fundraising in the near future then 3 days later a placing... Utterly corrupt.
Could hit 5p
haha. AIM will never learn
It. Should have been days high, never mind,
Soulac 20th February
Could break though the year’s high
Didn't age brilliantly to be fair
Nope
I expect you will be topping up neilu77
Thought there might be a smaller placing, be what a discount ,

Disgusting
Wow how do these AIM companies get away with this

47% discount!!!!
Soulac, admire your enthusiasm, but when you say a nice buy comes in for 10,000,000, it initially sounds good, but when you look at it, its a buy for £7.5K. This is not good, this is a day trader. This company should be valued at £30-£40million, not a couple of million. Stop trying to ramp the share, post some honest useful information. A good buy, at current prices that would boost confidence would be a purchase of £50,000+ as this would have to be RNS'd a 7.5k purchase is nothing to get excited about. Myself and many others on this board, need the share price to really ramp just to break even. yet alone to make any profit. Your constant drivel make you sound like a young inexperienced kid, trying to boost his pocket money investment.
Could break though the year’s high,
Me too!
Only need 150% to breakeven! ;-)
Once we pass the .1 then we can live in hope for the real deal
Think I need help, I'm almost getting very hopeful !!
Buys coming thick and fast
Nice 10mil buy
Market Cap today £2.43m
Plus 6000% would be £148.23m
Quite doable if producing the cheap to produce, high profit, low sulphur oil they plan to.
And huge upside potential from there with expansion of production. It's a huge resource and could take multiples of the current project size, which is just a base minimum for a profitable site.
It most certainly does!
Last bit sounds like it includes Tomco energy,

"Considering the reserves encompassed in this agreement and the unique qualities of the region, we are positioned to sustain significant production levels for decades to come. Our alliance with Valkor extends beyond this venture, as we foresee the joint development of additional prospects within the Uinta Basin," adds Bengtsson.
