@Brighty1 - Good post, much better then your rampy 10p ones :-)
Investing in Aim will always have risks, I certainly Experienced that with UKOG and take it from me it hurts. I’ve been looking for a long term investment for a few weeks now and finally decided to choose Tom, I spent days reading about there past history, how they have researched the Sand Oils of UTAH for the past 10 years, the CPR and the technology of the process plant, the price of this share should hopefully see steady rises from this position, but only when good news arrives, good news in my opinion will be, the completion of the production plant modifications, the start of the test, if this test is proved to be successful and they are on track for the estimated first phase of 10,000 bopd production, then who knows where this will end up, the Mcap is very low at the moment, so hope we don’t see too much dilution, I would not like to guess what the eventual SP would be if this project was successful, but I’ve got a feeling it would be very pleasing, good luck to all genuine investors.
I don't think JAdam sold out Strange Martian, I think he said on Friday pm that he left 50% of his investment in. Irrespective of that I'm basing my investment in TOM on the facts which are that If you do the maths 10,000 bopd is approx $450,000 per day. That is huge when you consider that TOM's Mcap is very low on this basis. i.e. if this pans out the share price of TOM will multiply significantly. I think we will have another short term increase and then over the next year a sustained rise. Brighty
Outstanding warrants;
187m at 0.8p,
81m at 1.4p.
Cash position right now about GBP 1.9m with approximately GBP 1.2m for the greenfield jv . That leaves about GBP 700k for working capital which is enough for 12 months.
The warrants will bring in more cash as we will soon be well over the exercise prices and imo holders will do so.
1.5p target this week
@Jungmana - Great posts and why I come here as part of my research as when you cut through the noise there are great posters on not just this bb but most of them passing on useful information.
This process has a number of advantages over conventional oil sands separation techniques:
A modular, scalable extraction plant
Lower start-up capex
Lower water requirement
By-product of clean sand, requiring no expensive remediation
Output of sweet (low sulphur) heavy oil, potentially suitable for use as marine bunker fuel, with no further refining
At a production volume of 10,000 bpd and at the current market price of US$46.40 (Low Sulphur Fuel Oil) this would equate to US$464k per day of revenue. Compared with TomCo’s current market cap of £3.1mln, we argue that this revenue opportunity could represent significant upside for TomCo shareholders.
@Brighty1 - Is that the same Jadam who has sold up and moved on?
They may have been 7p a year ago, but the placings since then have significantly diluted this. Obviously the resultant funding put TOM in a better position, but let's not get too carried away.
I still believe this will be over 1.50 before end of week... warrants are holding this and they will be gone today or tomorrow...
It may go where we all want it to go and it may also crash and burn. What a share price was in the past has no reflection on the future price and only in depth research of the here and now will protect your investment. I personally invested quite heavily here but took half out and now have a free ride which is less stressful but also think this will reward anyone who plays the waiting game.
Will it go to 7p? Who knows but wishing it and saying it over and over will not make it so.
With Money in bank... look at the projects and they said things will move fast... so would the SP... price is held back to get warrants out... this hit 1.40 on Friday and this will be lot above that this week...
I think you will find Strange Martian that far from "ramping" that people on the TOM forum, on the whole, have been basing their posts on research and background taken from the most recent announcements from TOM, its partners plus influencers such as Proactive and pi's such as Jadam who have provided existing and new investors with a well thought through rationale as to where TOM could be heading in 2020 and beyond . It is a fact that TOM has been 7p just one year ago and that TOM does now have the funds in place to progress and that the Mcap is very low indeed. You should also follow the money and last week there were significant share purchases above 1p. DYOR and good luck, Brighty
Disgusting ramping here for the past few weeks. Feel sorry for any real investors that may have wanted to chat about the projects, but no real point as those posts will swallowed up in seconds with the 2.5p by tomorrow brigade
Price is low to get rid of last of warrants... once done this will be back up... this is buy or hold for me...
We are actually not down 15% but about flat from Friday's close. The ut trade of 0.98p was a tactic by mms
I just put on ignore anyone saying this will be 2p this week and then 7p / 10/ 100000p next week.
A lot of investors on here who seem to have no clue whatsoever and will be gone in 6 months once they have blown their account.
this chat is full of rampers , and teory of mms manipulation
