Lol..Keep bashing in defence Thordon its your right mate, people like these have a reputation for destroying an sp with pumping and dumping tactics. No morals at all. And for people who don't believe that is possible there are organised groups and allegedly some paid and I have seen it happen lots of times as no doubt lots of us have. Not saying that's the full case here but it wouldn't surprise me because this is a prime riser potentially, FCA needs to get a grip of this shiz.....GLA
Thordon, nice clear post and nice to see some support here repelling the deramping wannabe sp robbers, Sttt also. All good and on target pretty much as expected. Back to 25+ IMHO and beyond next. New it would turn blue the moment I topped up, nice one. Ill just keep publishing this information every time one of the other start talking smoke and mirror deramping b0110cks next week. Ill just drown them out with positive facts until we are underway again, help all the little investors like us keep confidence. DYOR people and don't base your decisions on derampers tricks. Look at the financial and market facts....No obvious reason other than fleeting sentiment why this is not 30+ in my honest opinion...That's why I bought in again at 17.3p...GLA
Why would I want to get into a copmany that is hiding it's cash?
Why would I want to get into a company that will see it's pool of cheap labour dry up when the freedom of movement ends
Why would I want to get into a company that AI will under cut
Why would anyone that had a placing and buys off shareholders with a divi
Why are the pump and dump gang now saying sub 10p?
All I see is fools gold!
Its called being positive while being realistic Bumbag. The fundamentals are good for an easily justifiable value of 25p+ considering sensible projection based just on yearly growth to date without all the new business avenues and revenue….After that the market is smoke and mirrors and built on sentiment which you obviously know and why you insist on negativity and deramping to find a better entry level. Its damagimg to the share, the company, the economy, its blatant and despicable.......IMHO....
need a new name for the thread soon " 15+ and beyond! "
Makes absolute sense. Thanks Thordon, well spotted mate...On it next...Eyes like a shiz house rat you....Glad your an accountant.lol.. :)
ex Greenbrook shareholders are selling , there was a clause when the company was sold that none of the shares could be sold till the full year results was announced.
Hence the sell off.
Its all in the terms of condition when company was bought , check it out
Thordon, can see what you mean now and ok with that, smart operators this lot. Glad to say Im not an accountant..lol ;). but would be useful at times. But I have been a director in large structural engineering consultancies and know something of the cogs and have medics in the family and looking at all dispassionately in context, I am sure this is still looking like a steal at these prices. Just bought another 4k at 17.3. and happy with that...obviously IMHO DYOR yackety yak......
Useful info and if remotely accurate it shapes up like this I think: In 2018/19 NHS commissioners spent £9.2 billion on services delivered by the private sector according to: https://www.kingsfund.org.uk/publications/articles/big-election-questions-nhs-privatised
How much this year and beyond is conjecture. But split £10b between this lot = about £0.28b a piece. TLY are just starting and they will be at £110-120m this year = £0.12b. They haven't even got started yet and the next few years will return private sector bills significantly greater than this...They will recieve at least the average in the next 2 years IMHO and the way they are shaping up they will be up their in the big providers league in he next five years so you could double their Gross Revenue in a year or 2 and possibly quadruple it in 4-6yrs IMHO. They have the talent and drive its 'just' a matter of hard driving and saving/'fund raising' (scary words) logistics in the mean time. Rather them than me but I think they have it as do all the professional investing institutions apparently..thats why I'm In-Long.

Sound good Thordon. Had a good evening last night too, learning to be happy at home again which is nice. Yep, TLY are going to be rammed for years as you alluded to and when C19 sttles down, as we all hope it will there will be years of C19 ongoing and residual duties and the massive back log of waiting and future patience that need taking care of. As TLY prove they are reliable and NHS lean on them more, more duties and contracts will be pushed their way, its the way it works with government work I've found. Bring them solutions, take their worries away and they award you more. All good.
Hi Hi-Long enjoy your Vino blanco , yep the bottles of ciders are out and glass of red wine to finish off.
Totally Health care restarting operations to catch up on the back log of NHS patience .
There was also the delayed tenders put back to look forward to as well
Gotcha, Ive read their posts over there, some good observations. Lol..thanks I'll take the 25p, though a little tenuous, we did clip 25p a few times as I recall. Ah just seen you posted them too. Nice one. 28p come on you beauty....
Vino blanco and out...enjoy your cider and week end....chin chin.
Well very impressive couple weeks , still more to come and In-long give you Friday dead line of 25p
21-May-20 09:24:22 25.00 159,941 Buy* 24.00 25.00 39.99k
Also evilking GW has stake in Totally and can find him on advfn
next week 28p then it hovers until full report - so no selling guys & girls more to come.
Just tried a blag sell 30k and it was accepetd straight away, did it three times. Big demand at 23.5. When they realise this share is worth double that and they cant get them anymore and the more serious long term investors wont sell this SP will take off and its coming. One bit of good news and its well away again...V'nice..
Well done all little share holders (and Im one), your faith will be rewarded is my honest opinion...
Thordon
You mention GW where is he now?
Same here. If all goes to plan I've reconsidered my top slice to the point I am not sure I will and I wont be out in three years time either. And as you say I have this fitting in to my retirement plan. Now that is veryyyy In-Long.. :-))
Vino blanco o'clock..chin chin...
quote from another chat room and its the same most places
With growing dividends, this could well be paying a good chunk of my retirement income.
You sell in three years time GW, I am not sure I will: investment opportunities like TLY don't come along that frequently.
lol keep changing the point where im going to recoup my investment at the start , now up it to 36p , went over the chairman's 45 minute pod cast and clearly has a point for pension companys paying dividend and raising each year. also wants this company to be worth 100 million in share based which equates to 50p a share.
very divided to leave it all in , we have not seen the companys full year results of the new purchase which will be next years results. Also Totally Heathcare for a start up company was impressive £750 k in 3 months.
Again this will not be reflected in this years results , set myself a strict policy of sell investment leave the free shares left over.
seen a few comments and the main one if i sell may regret this for a long time.
Anyway need to really think about this , my other investment are coming good and will sell.
Except Loopup up 165% and still not time to sell
Thordon, I hit the 18p pediction a few weeks ago a few days late because of MMs filling welcomed institutional orders, I'm calling this 25p+ done as predicted 2+ weeks ago by this Friday. I recon this will now bimble up to and hover around 28p till we see the deferred year end accounts next month possibly or get a solid RNS to that effect in lieu of accounts. Interim H1 Gross Revenue was 49.7m so 100 - 110m for whole year maybe? Recon results will be sterling as we discussed in length months ago and push the sp up to the 35p+ mark June/July. Interim results November next year will be excellent too due to the massive increase in supply and new acquisitions/contracts gaining traction (Greenbrooke and Significant Vocare contracts, other major contracts etc), onto early to mid 40's, than next set of final accounts March/April 2021 will boost it to the 55p + mark. Just instinct based on 20 years of watching companies and their shares come and go and this BOD's commitment to hitting their growth targets while laying down a solid track record. Obviously all IMHO etc.. Recon?
