Yes I have noticed ICEMAN888 does talk a lot of rubbish.
However I have bought some more at 81p today. I was prepared to buy at 80p in Dec 2020 but had no money free, and as I don't believe the company's prospects have changed materially since then I am happy to do so now after top-slicing some GRL. Unfortunately my average is still quite high because while I did sell a quarter of my TILS at 180p I bought it back too soon.
Hell of a first post that...
DROP was over done now price correcting and back above 100 in coming days...
Anyone who has been here for a while knows that 70p was a bargain. Seriously, think about it. We have made big progress since the last time we hit 70p. You really have to write down on paper all the reason why you like or dislike this company. You will see that buying below £1 is a gift that i don't think MM will let enjoy for too long!
Also look at the charts. 70p is double bottom rom 14 December 2020. Then we went to £1.93 in less the 30 days! I m not expecting the same but i think £1 would be nice before the news!
The three or four posters over the past few weeks on here claiming this would go to 40p as there will be no news for months were always plain wrong. It was exactly that reason that the share price had fallen but the prospects here are strong and the shares were oversold. Remember Tiziana raised $57.25 million at an equivalent of £1.87 in August and are well funded for the foreseeable.
Rise is due to news must be around corner... drop was for quick profit takers from 72 but should RISE from here
Last time this went low was 75 and then boom over 125-130 with in days
I was only wondering with the sudden rise and then quite dramatic fall. Hope we get some news or insight as to whats caused todays rise and continue to support it going forward.
"Welcome to the party... pal"
IN now as profit taking done and back to over 85-90
Yeah definitely not unloading at less that 180p...
Today was just the opportunity for me to add to my existing holding.
Well, I wasn't pumping and I wont be dumping. Little spikes make no difference to LTHs.
Pump and Dump?
Now's your chance as it takes a slight breather.
donotpanic...
I wouldn't necessarily assume that, it might still dip a little again.
May be something going on in the background, but if not, the last couple of hours just serves as a reminder as to how quickly this can move...
On another note, yesterday was like the old days...Aidan, Sporty, SK, BMO3, BB, OA, ...
Hopefully get some profit takers and then I can get some
Still cheap. I bought few more at 80p.
Personally I think money will move to pharmaceutical sector this month. Too many great bargains and smart money needs to get out of over extended stocks. This is will be a great place to invest.
Its still not too late...
100p is 25% profit from here.
Really feel gutted as I was thinking to buy around 72 as usually this always bounce from there but just got greedy and was waiting for under 70.. now this looks like going back about 100
No stopping it today... in a couple of weeks we'll be looking back wishing we'd bought more in the early 80's
Remember they actually raised $57m in the US about 9 months ago at £2.00 per share.
London, New York 5 August 2020 - Tiziana Life Sciences plc (Nasdaq: TLSA / AIM: TILS) (the "Company" or "Tiziana"), a biotechnology company focused on innovative therapeutics for oncology, inflammation and infectious diseases, today announces the closing of its registered direct offering (the "Offering") of American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") on the NASDAQ Global Market. As announced on 3 August 2020, Tiziana issued 11,009,615 ADSs (representing 22,019,230 new ordinary shares of nominal value £0.03 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")) at a price of $5.20 per ADS raising gross proceeds of approximately $57.25 million (before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses). Each ADS offered represents two (2) Ordinary Shares. All ADSs sold in the Offering were offered by the Company. The number of Ordinary Shares represented by ADSs comprised in the Offering were within existing shareholder authorities.
We will see. Its not always good for TILS when the US opens. Fingers cross. GLA
Very difficult to predict where the bottom is. I guess its human nature to be greedy and always look for a lower price. You can still buy these below the director's last purchase price.
I was speaking to a friend yesterday who holds a decent position in Tils (+£100k). I was telling him to block all the noise and focus on the research he has done and why he bought it in the first place.
Remember: The rubber band theory!
Definitely not hitting 58p...
We'll see 1058p sooner than that
Someone mentioned the buy-in price around 70p but did not buy as he / she has set a new buy-in price of 58p, probably missed the boat then. Some great news on the way and we may see £1 by next week.
