ARR432a I never criticised Shiraz I just pulled his leg a little and I doubt he took offence, We are all looking for Tilzy to get back on form and bring back those days when you kept looking at the screen wondering if it was going to stop rising. GLA.
Come what may I will be in this company for the next 10, 15 years. Believed in it from day one and nothing has changed. Price is temporary. The quality will shine through. I think all of researched on here know this is a once in a lifetime. I’l take the criticism on the chin, good with the bad. Tomorrow is another day. Believe in GC and DR Kunwar. They will deliver huge rewards in the long term. GLA
Usain, agreed. December and Foralumab results is where I’m looking too. Should they be successful and look to do trials elsewhere and including U.K., there’s the diamond in the crown. Plus I feel it will bring Tizianas patented inhalation and oral applications into play. As they enable direct to source.
Where the presplit price falls is a really tough call and I have sypathy with SK - the feeling is all over the place. On the one hand we have LTH and value based peeps, on the other we have the uncomfortable position for a share investor of illiquid funds in Accustem. If you are in the US you also have the future Accustem float in UK (Holey moley the UK may be a third world country like Spain was before the EU by then). Who will come out on top? Personally I hope the price pops £2 to protect against the drop. I also believe the TILS products are good and as has been mentoned the PR machine will rev up to mitigate drop after the split. Either way I have a ticket and will be watching with my popcorn (unless we hit a high figure pre split).
ps lots of posts on here saying there is no value to STEM but I believe we all have a value in mind for STEM and it will reflect in the price via a drop in TILS. You know it has a worth as what would you sell it for? $50m? F right off and block caps on BB; $100m? do one; $200m? hmmm cash in hand starts to feel heavy and the body language drops a little.....
Really appreciate this board by the way and great views when we are dodging the split detail (i know, I am not helping).
Formulab could be the next big thing and iwhatever happens I am keen on TILS long term

Mac/ Toine I think your comments are a little unfair on Shiraz. He has been fantastic keeping this board alive along with his brother Wisha. They both have provided us with great info.
We all have to admit we did not predict this many games being played by the MM. The share price has been underpar for a while and nasdaq volume has just been poor probs due to the lack of knowledge the yanks have on this great company.
Going forward as LTH we know the potential this monster of a company has. Give it a year we will look back at these £1.70, £2, £3 discussions and laugh whilst eating caviar on a boat somewhere in the maldives (providing foralumab pulls through lol).

When can investors sell tils shares having qualified for accustem shares? I'm not looking to sell personally as lth
Toine... we haven’t had an rns since middle of September telling us about foralumab trial, Now we find out covid trial update is conveniently beginning of november too along with move to main market etc. Im pretty sure it has been done to protect the sp post demerger but has meant no movement pre demerger. Not getting the ipo price was the final nail as no one has any clue about value of accustem. Add in the fact nasdaq has jumped off a cliff and you have the perfect storm.....its frustrating but I am sure all will work out in the end if you hold long term.... Lets hope jack is right and we can at least get to £2.30. GLA
Mac, Toine... I said £3 but I think the demerger has not been handled well. Not having an ipo price has totally put everyone off by the looks of it. Look at volume stateside. If you guys see my messages from during the day I was more then frustrated and emailed DR K to say as much but what can you do?! At the moment we need to make sure this stays around £2 and take the positives that there may not be a huge drop. Ash is right about protecting the average but what do guys suggest?! I am hoping I am wrong. I dont want to ramp and say this is going to £3 when the volume clearly isnt there to warrant it. When I made that prediction of £3 I seriously felt it would be achieved and worst case expected £2.50. I would be very happy if I was proved right at this stage. Fingers crossed still.
I do think we will see a rise and was only having a laugh with Shiraz i know he is a LTH Just because a monetary value hasn t been decided yet for stem doesn't mean it isn't worth anything to the overall share price I'm sure some people would have bought in and boosted the price out of interest in stem alone. I'm still going a head with my plan to keep a good stack in long term which I have been mostly holding from back in the 50p times but will try the one week wonder if my cash clears tomorrow I can get in the 175 range I will be giving it a whirl if it doesn't work i may end up keeping a bigger chunk in but I will not be gutted at this outcome either. Just hope I'm not too late and the money clears. Come on Tilzy baby give us one of those fantastic Friday afternoons.
Swerv we all know it holds considerable value.
But I agree the market manipulation will go on early in November.
Asher how can it drop after demerger as there is no assigned value to stem the market hasn't assigned it a value nor has the company,us punters havent a clue to its true value. Any movement after demerger on no news will be pure market manipulation. There is no other logic.
Jambo i cant see there being any surprises coming this week as the yanks are hell bent on holding this down . But i would love to be wrong.
Crazy talk on this board
For example you have a £1.70 average and it finishes at £1.70 (split)and by my reckoning it will drop some afterwards.
By God I would want it to finish higher to protect my average, some on here really need to do the maths ffs
Ps give your heads a wobble :-)
Mac4eye
I totally agree with you.
SK has been always been saying the SP will rise ...basically totally wrong prediction in my opinion at least so far.
We seem to be struggling to get over 180. Something is fundamentally wrong.
Let's see what surprises tomorrow will bring!
GLA
Shiraz i do think there will be a mall surge to somewhere around the £2range because the shorts have to return all those shares that they have borrowed. Plus the fact that there will be some people that will leave this to the last minute on the 27th to buy in. Might actually be a good day for once. As for accustem well i wish they hadnt done the demerger so quickly and left it till the new year. It has no value, there is no buyer in place or even interest at this moment in time, and i.think it has dragged us down this past month or one of the reasons. It has also caused a lot of confusion ,just look at some of the posters on here.
Come on guys this talk is depressing shiraz you were on 3 pound on the 18th 2.80 a couple of days later then 2 now it's 1.70 I'm getting worried about what your gonna say next week !!! Joking aside it doesn't seem like much has changed to me or Am I missing something, wasn't this always going to be a next week tick up. I haven't jumped in yet for my quick punt but surely i should still be hoping for at least 195 into the demerger no rise would be a bit strange wouldn't it.
Trade.. I am with you... that would be a great outcome. Would defo take 170-175 now at cut off. Hopefully then minimal fall and all us long term holders can breathe a sigh of relief. The next two months will be transformational for the company. GLA
Way things are going, I don’t anticipate a later surge on SP.
as it stands technically Accustem valued at not much, so don’t see a premium being added to SP for it. Had it been officially valued or an IPO at $280 million + then yes.
However with no official value, the surge won’t come. For LT holders this is good as value will come later. Plus we prob won’t see the valatility and drop post demerger. As the premium was never really added. Again IMO
I don't understand people who are investing because they anticipate 250p to 300p share price prior to demerger but at the same time don't think TILS will drop in share price after the demerger. I seriously hope they're right because that would be a win win scenario. But realistically if people are expecting FOMO will push price up to 300p then, absent any RNS from TILS, why would the share price not drop to reflect the loss of demerger of STEM? Some of the ramping is getting silly.
Accustem/StemprintER/Spare will stay under the control of the current team for the foreseeable future, KS was convincing about that last night.
What is the date that peeps will be able to sell main holding & still be able to keep stem printer shares?
They got no choice they are invested just like you and I and can sell if they not happy.
JH, don’t think the IIs would see it that way.
Dr K said last night that there were no NDA’s or people interested in stemprinter at the moment. He also said he has no intention of selling it cheap when he can develop it and get top dollar for it. This will not be sold for at least 12 months
TR 3B what the II paid in the placing is irrelevant now, today’s chip paper.
