SOS, agree with oldapache, i think we will get taken over at some stage but no one knows the timeline. I always assumed it would be after the mAB trials in MS and Crohns. Who knows how the covid trial will go also. Perhaps after that if successful. I assumed we would be close to £2 by the end of this week which doesn't look like it is happening with the way nasdaq is performing. Also said £3 by end of october which is not looking too great either. Maybe a sign I should stop predicting things. I live in hope that the states will wake up to this one day. Patience and take advantage of the low prices and average down if possible in the meantime. GLA. Another day closer to accustem atleast.
SOS, hi, million dollar question that. Just so many options. Depends what you consider what timelines are acceptable to you as we all have different views vis a vis values and timelines. I believe I should have said “ billion dollar question with an a on the billion. World class pipeline of 5 products in10s and 100 billion dollar targeted markets, nda’s and a world class bods with a track history of bringing products to market in the pharmaceutical industry. IMHO we will be completely taken over for not less than 20-30 billion dollars sooner rather than later by a industry leading pharmaceutical. Vbw
Oldapache, This ship that your talking about, what type of voyage will it be taking before dropping off the treasure ? Hope its not as long as Usain's tunnel

DD77 it is a pure figure pulled out of the air at this moment in time. Until we hear from the company nearer the time of demerger. Anything you hear unless its from the company is pure speculative and i wouldnt take any notice pf it.
I've seen a £200-300m figure been bandied about numerous times for STEM - on what basis has this been calculated?
Alwaysone. If you are right about the ipo figure for STEM, circa £300m and it transfers for £3m ( which I equate to approx 1.5p/share) then after the ipo each share will be worth £1.50/share. Time to stock up!!!!! I would be careful about quoting an ipo value unless you have knowledge the rest of us don't. I appreciate its an opinion but others might read it differently. Fingers crossed.
Nice to see some more confirmation of Phase 2 MS trials. I don't believe we had previously been informed:
"Protocol for Phase 2 nasal clinical trial is finalized. The briefing package and protocol was submitted to FDA on July 22, 2020 requesting type C meeting and FDA response expected by mid October, 2020"
We are going to need a bigger ship.

Maybe it's down to the accounts covering a specific time period and the $30million came after, or GC just bought a ship to transfer all sharehholders money to us individually.

OK, I'm behind and can see it here as a post
We have £7 million is cash plus $57 million raised is august. So say £60 million. We have 4 trials starting in next few months including 2 for covid and 2 on the biggest drug indications in the world (income generators). One of those covid trials starts in next few weeks with results before xmas. We have a demerger in 4 weeks with likely ipo of $280 million. A move to main market imminent. Agree with tiks, excellent update, CE mark imminent (wow). I honestly dont get it. Well dont care will just keep buying more and more. Trust my research although in this case it literally is a no brainer!!
Actually it was $50M but this is only up to half year June of course ....
How can they ony have £7.2mln in cash after a $30M raise?
My buy has been recorded as a sell
Hi Greend100.
I'm also in the packaged to sell camp. I find it strange that there is up to a two month delay between the split and a tradeable share.
I believe this is being held back (by people in the know, there's always people who know more than us). Nearer the cut-off date this could rise 100/200% as figures for the potential sale may be leak out.

Hi again Troy
Yes as I have said before at least more broker comment would create additional initial market guidance before the demerger. Just relying on one analyst at H&C Wainwright is a bit thin IMO.
Hi Greend100
I hope you are right about this whole demerger process being a clever bridge to a corporate disposal - I'd rather they got a lot of cash now for StemPrintER, gave us it, then focused on their therapeutic portfolio.
Keeps it simpler and reduces execution risk.
@Rokerpark68. Thanks mate, I'll have another read today!
@swervington @Greend100 Thanks for confirming
I honestly expected to see more broker valuations also, I think this would ease our minds.
Hopefully, we'll see some more in October!

The circular says the value of the shares will be determined by the market - I refer to the relevant section of the circular in a previous post a week or so ago.
My understanding is this is not an IPO where there will be a float price. It's an Admission - there is currently no public offering of existing or new shares to new holders. Just existing TILS shareholders get stock dividended in specie which are then (eventually) admitted to the LSE.
The circular is a very informative document.
DYOR - I could be wrong of course.
Morning All...
Thought that was a real positive detailed update this morning...
In terms of valuation other than Wainwright, would have assumed we'd see something from Cairn or JPM in the US who managed the ATM there (I believe).
However, reading the circular it doesn't look like they are issuing additional shares, will be the current 191mn so assuming no public offer and had similar questions re timescales Roker. My current thinking is this is still being packaged to sell. Everything pretty much up to now is what you would have to do to ring fence the asset, limited company set up etc...
I suspect the "up to two months" will be to continue negotiations with a sale in mind without putting it into the volatility of the market...??
I think i would prefer them to lease stemprinter out.
its an unknown entity troy. At the end of the day its only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it
@Rokerpark68
Would the valuation not be provided before the demerger?
Morning SK39,
You know I am a bull of TILS and have a meaty holding, so I have no interest in being negative about this stock. However, if you want some possible reasons for SP softness apart from short-selling they could include:
- unavoidable uncertainty regarding the valuation of StemPrintER / Accustem until Accustem ACTUALLY lists in Q4 - we won't know the market value of the spin-off and the remaining TILS business until Accustem starts to trade
- uncertainty regarding the ACTUAL final timing of the listing of Accustem during Q4 and precisely when investors will receive tradeable liquid Accustem stock. Is it going to take up to two months from the demerger as the shareholder circular makes provision for? Personally I'd like my Accustem listed stock sooner than that if at all possible.
So there is quite a bit of process to go through over the next couple of months before we get full actual MARKET price discovery on Accustem and post-merger TILS. Some investors won't either like or understand that fact - so I guess that's still possibly fertile ground for shorters and market makers looking to accumulate stock for larger clients.
Cheers
-
SK39, Simple answer, a profit on the share purchase
On a "positive" note perhaps. The short volume ratio of 26% was the highest percentage used to manipulate such a small volume of 164k stocks/shares
