I got the same response earlier. I'd asked them three times. They must have just found the inbox.
Unfortunately I don’t have this information just yet. As soon as we do, we will update shareholders as soon as possible.
Above is the response I got from the company today re accustem when I asked if they had any indication as to when it might list !!
Where did you find that buddy?
Signs of life in the old dog again, eh? About bloody time!
I'm quite happy discussing Accustem! :-) I'd just sooner we were discussing the known state - and until I see something which supersedes the RNS which said NASDAQ only I'll continue to assume that is what they are doing.
I remember seeing a listing doc ages ago but not sure whether it mentioned a FTSE listing, that certainly was the originally stated intention.
The reason I'm scratching for answers is that I am stuck with my shares in a Willis Owen ISA and they do not allow holdings in US companies, so I suspect I will get a cash equivalent, which I don't really want. They have been very helpful over a few months and many contacts, as were Hargreaves when I spoke with them about transferring the ISA. The detail is elsewhere here.
But it seems everything hinges on the exact process Accustem decide use when they list. And Accustem are not providing the answers, to me or to my providers (surprise surprise!!)
I do wonder if the Share Dealing platforms will know any more than any of us in relation to a specific company as they would have to know everything about every listed company. They will have knowledge of procedures for listings and demergers. However TILS do seem to have created a unique scenario and now all the platforms are waiting for instructions from TILS as to what is actually happening.
Deny11:
SJ1 mentioned a SEC Registration document stating a FTSE Main Market Listing. HH has had a conversation with a helpful chap at Barclays, who infers 'some suggestion they will go on the official list'.
So although you see it as a done deal, both official documentation and a Financial Professional of sorts is still giving us reasons to continue discussing Acustem.

Both Sangijuelas1 and Bluebelly did HedgeHogarth.
Nobody talking about ADRs Denny
We've been round the ADR and dual listing thing before, a few times.
The shares are only being listed on NASDAQ.
ADRs are for US investors to allow them to buy non- US shares and won't arise here. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/adr.asp
Agree
I have no worries wrt getting my Acustem shares.
It's just when and on what exchange.
The Exchange appears to be the cause of many investors concerns. I'm II and will get the shares others will get a cash settlement, possibly around the opening price!!
The price could drop on opening and they would benefit, or the price could rise and they lost out.
It is definitely a very unique situation.

Potentially for up to 2mths...
But so difficult to desipher - this whole situation sounds unique..
I'm fairly relaxed as long as i get hold of them at some point...
Am I reading that information right HH?
Would they be allowed to issue only the US ADR holders shares for trading and not the UK investors entitlement?
That would seem very unfair.
More issues than solutions yet again with Acustem

Just spoke to a very helpful chap at Barclays
The reality - things still very much in the air, but i felt confident that Barclays will, in time, when they are presented with all the information, find a solution.
The latest sounds like No Certificates will be issued, no crest option and its likely this will start trading (o Nasdaq) before UK shareholders have an opportunity to do something. However it does sound like within 2 mths there may be a solution and still some suggestion they wil go on the official list
Just skimming through the SEC Reg statement from last month.
It makes reference to a listing for Accustem on the main London market, and there will then be ADRs listed on Nasdaq, presumably for the US investors.
It's all very confusing
