Great, we are expected to make a decision on our TIGT holdings without knowing all of the details!
TROY INC GTH TST GBP0.25 - Scheme of Reconstruction
TROY INC GTH TST has announced reconstruction proposals under the following terms:
Scheme of Reconstruction (the Scheme) and Voluntary Liquidation of the Company.
Under the terms of the Scheme shareholders will receive STS Global Income and Growth PLC (STS) shares at a rate yet to be determined.
Under the terms of the Scheme, shareholders are being given the opportunity to elect for a Cash payment under the Cash Exit Offer.
Option 1: Accept the Cash Exit Offer on your full holding, at a rate yet to be determined.
Option 2: Accept the Cash Exit Offer on part of your holding at a rate yet to be determined.
If you do not make an election to receive Cash, you will receive the New STS shares as a default.
Must say, I am tending to edge that way myself. Probably even be better off in a global tracker.
Suggest you sell them as since the change of strategy earlier this year, Troy has been a serious under performer. Heads should roll at both manager and director level, and fees all round drastically reduced.
I hold tigt through shareview (equinity) and up until now it has been free of charge . however from April next year I will be charged £17.49 a quarter. Is anyone else in this position and is there any way around it except from selling or getting the shares certificated .. so annoying
I find troy income and growth very solid seem to increase their dividend each year!.
