Sadly true Prophet warning. Some info has definitely leaked. Will there be any investigation? Long term observers of white collar shenanigans on AIM will know the pitiful answer.
Now to find out the who, why and what of the capital raise. Sitting tight.
Would explain the steady drop in share price before today, it pays in AIM to know stuff in the background.

Pending Capital raising announcement.

The securities of Thor Mining Plc (‘THR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of THR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 or when the announcement is
released to the market.
Thor Mining PLC (“Thor” or the “Company”) (AIM, ASX: THR), requests a trading halt be placed on its securities immediately, pending an announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising.
Thor is not aware of any reason that a trading halt should not be placed on its securities. The trading halt is expected to be lifted by no later than commencement of trading on Wednesday, 15 December 2021, pending release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the capital raising"

Brief update on U permits following a reply from Thor to my question on Twitter
"Members of the department over there recently came out for a site visit so everything is still progressing well. Now we are just waiting for the final permits."

Hey all..... agreed to some degree with Imp. You want to check it out on GDR (genedrive)....oh my goodness.... it’s worse than a school playground with silly spats.
Re quiet.... it could be useful t9 be a bit livelier than this though....
All I see is that the Nicole and her merry Galloway gang are really trying to progress and keep us informed. Hats off to her for trying.
Thor is the hidden gem out there at the moment and highly unrecognised. Soon may that change
Hi, Burleigh
I'd much rather have a quiet billboard than a busy one which is filled with quarrels; GGP is running at about 360 a day, but there's a lot of enmity that goes with that.
At least people here behave decently.
Best wishes
Due on 20 December, hopefully not pushed back this time.

Great progress RNS but the BB is very quiet. 3-4 weeks for results. Fingers crossed the recovery rates look good. GLA all and Merry Xmas!

Evening Fellas,
Did you notice the rise to .75 then a plumet to .66 then a finish of .70 - big tree shake mid afternoon and an order to fill I think. I'm in OMI as well and their share price is v low atm as well. We are just going to have to bide our time til next year IMO.
My viewing on other miners suggests were not alone with good results and a sluggish share price although we should be slightly higher than where we are now. if we do get a JV partner then Molyhill will be massive
Still not taken seriously by the markets? This kind of news won't change or alter the price much until they do something about the results, by that I mean get the stuff out the ground to make some money or profit. Although this news and research helps define locations on where might be best to dig so even if it doesn't effect the price much, its still positive and good news.
We need a joint venture to get Molyhil into production; but I'm sure Mark Potter is quite capable of arranging that.
speechless...
