Demand seems to be picking. Can now sell 6.25m without going to NT.

I fear you don't understand the situation at play here.
Brics will still trade with Russia and so will Turkey, plus many more.
Russia is a commodity producing country and USA are just shooting themselves in the foot and Putin will be around after Biden and his mess of his own making!
If Europe wants gas/oil/diesel they now have to buy it in Rubles.
Just face it check mate Putin.
Afternoon Everyone,
Investing.com's Ipek Ozkardeskaya is saying that Russia's gold trades are now prohibited - so says the USA. They recognise Europe's need for Russian oil and gas but want to sanction Russian gold. This may have a positive effect on gold prices and as soon as this lot get their finger out and get the stuff out of the ground, we should be quids in!!!!
Russia will be sanctioned as long as Putin is in power I reckon!!!
I'm surprised Uranium speculators are not jumping in on the 'yellow' play.
Perhaps it is more complex than it looks.
Thor has so much coming up via the insitu work with Enviro... With Ragged Range and not to forget Sterling... And whilst a focused 9 RC in the USA with the Uranium (over that set time frame) isn't optimal it could still act to generate an increased value on that holding that makes it intrinsically more attractive to the perspective of others (given how focused the market currently is on Uranium.) The real problem is that it is now working as a distraction in all the wrong ways.
"why am I starting think this uranium project could be problematic ?"
-- why ? I thought it was basically voted/approved but the meeting ran out of time so the formality was postponed to the next meeting.
Evening Impy - are you in OMI like me??? I think you said last time we chatted. OMI have JV partners and are in a very strong position. I'm also looking for something like that here as there is so much to go at - not just gold and tin like OMI!!!

Interesting that I can get a quote to sell 6.25m shares through II. That size of trade has not happened for a long time!
Interesting reply from Nicole, hopefully news on Uranium project very soon.

Hi, Paul
For these small explorer companies, a joint venture of some kind is the best way to monetise the assets. Presumably, this thought must have passed through the minds of our much esteemed chairman and CEO, as neither of them is entirely stupid.
Best wishes
Hi, Diadulus @12.49
I'm with you on this. "Greatness springs from limitation," as someone once said.
Best wishes
The Sun will go Nova well before this gets to 3p.
I think this is the problem Mick the Drill hit, we know what we have got got or think we have got and we are not letting it go cheap but in the meantime the cash in hand runs dry and we pay the price through dilution whilst this pontificating took place. In effect the raises were just keeping us liquid whilst we drilled a few more holes for the fun of drilling!
At some point they have to say this is not in shareholder interest and let something go to realise price elsewhere.
I want this between 3p to 4p by the end of the year.
A farm-in would be good but that still requires a level of proofing and that May to Dec timeframe is!!! That said it is a historically known deposit and Uranium is hot enough, at the moment, to perhaps entice due to permits a certain "It is what it is" level of interest.
Or maybe not sold but a farm in partner, the thought of having to raise to drill and not be successful could set us back too much.
Full steam ahead on Australia lets get some metals to the refinery and cash in hand.
My view on this, within this context with all it's permits and other liability issues, is that the drilling permits give the holding more value and it should be sold with those proceeds then being focused on the AUS base. Less is more, far more - less distraction & all those spread out costs to both capital and time. What THOR have in AUS is more than enough for any junior.

I think the issue with the Colorado permits is about the San Miguel County Permits and the motion was passed 3:1
This was posted on HotCopper and it shows a video of the San Miguel County Hearing which is 1.15hr video.

'She mentions uranium news within the next month... well brilliant.... we already know it's rubbish!' and 'Uranium project is dead in the water. THR don't have the expertise'
I guess some of us are going to have to sit through the raise and drill process of all this. Who knows what is there, probably a moose pasture, I'd prefer them to concentrate on their Australian assets.
