I expect Mick is thinking about the next placing, maybe @ 0.1p.
Looks like heading into the teens soon, how can Billings really accept wages of £165k a year on what has a mc of £3.5m approx, I expect Metal Tiger will be restructuring at the AGM, will buy in if they do
i'm 80k down in 18 months m8....due to mainly downtrends and a few bloopers.
but sometimes, you can strike it lucky.
so your not alone,by a long chalk
https://www.share-talk.com/investors-lose-money-in-72-of-all-the-companies-ever-listed-aim-3/
aiminvestor is right m8,but its not just thor
its any aim exploration comp, oily or miner.
they have no income, hence the 2/3 yearly cash calls via dillution.
exploration comps are for traders m8...not investors.....ok,you get a few that go boom and stay on the highs, like solg and ggp,but they are few and far between...and even them two, have pulled back.
Agreed a1m 1 -get rid of Billing and this company can be restructured. I won't touch it with a barge pole unless he stands aside. We have some great gold prospects that can move Thor forward quickly -right next door to Capricorn - see CMM today strong in the market. Anyone not refocussing to gold is going to be wiped out - Hong Kong is the Black Swan and believe me it is going to get a lot worse.
Take the emotion out of how you vote ,if the conditional placing fails then company will proably follow and we will all have lost our total investment.
I believe that with a bit more time, the assets are good enough to increase value from these dire levels.
I still believe in Thr, it just need a kick up the hind quarters and pointing in the right direction.
I’ve contacted my share account holder and been told there is a fee for them to submit the forms, anyone else encountered this?
Yes got to keep funding those jolly boys outings in the outback with sausages for the barbie and tinnies to wash it all down, not forgetting the transatlantic flights to do it all again in Nevada,
In the next little while...another placing...
I wonder if it works like this?

It does appear that peeps are not going to buy in until farm out deals or new management team are in place, could well be a nice owner if it ever happens but at the moment it stays on the watch list
ok m8,cheers....i must have miread it....no worries
THR do not state PJ is no longer a holder. They say he is below 3% i.e. non-notifiable. That doesn't mean he is fully out.
in an earlier rns,pj states,he's no longer an holder here.
dunno about the others m8
More jam tomorrow and with no bread...
I thought my investment looked bad
its just one big ordur show here these days
Just joined so I can ask, where have all the posters gone?we hardly had anyone posting then all of a sudden hundreds of posts, down goes the price and now they’ve gone! Stupidly I’ve been with Thor since 10p. (Yes 10p!!!) they said you needed to keep for at least ten years (that’s come and gone!! I had thousands of shares which they’ve diluted but only a couple of £1,000 worth (I lost £40,000 with a company call Xcite robbed by the directors). I hope this isn’t going the same way. Over the last 10/11 years since the collapse I’ve really suffered but many were worse off than me. Here’s hoping that this pays off retiring in 18 months time and a fortune teller in China said 2020 would see me come into money so come on Moly Hill it must be time for pay day!!!!
Sorry havent been following up on this... have the PJ and gang sold out of this?
Or to put another way...
Despite our CEO's assurance s and confidence 7 years OP would be enough to get it over the line it wasn't. So now we need 10 years and what we have now we can say with confidence doesnt get us over the line either.
Is this statement in the latest RNS a clue as to the delay in funding Molyhil?
"The key Thor driver for drilling at Bonya is to add to the Molyhil area mining inventory with an objective of a minimum of ten years total open pit mining and processing. These results, subject to assay and follow up resource work, should, we expect, go quite some way towards meeting that objective."
Once the current drilling is complete, it all comes together at the same time.
IMO

A1M, most shareholders in their right mind will vote against the re election of the two retiring Directors. If these two Directors have any sense at all they will fall on their swords and resign before being booted out. MB, I am afraid will live to fight another day but his days are numbered and he should do the honourable thing!
