... Im just wondering if anyone on this board or elewhere has looked at the technicals of this stock. I'm a newbie to this stuff and was looking for a more seasoned view to my somewhat naive and optimistic reding of the chart. Thanks in advance
Really starting to like Thor now ! Took a punt on it due to gold assay results but it has far more in the locker than that , no one trick pony !
We need to break the 1.30p resistance and hold....let's hope that it can be done today....
The last trade went through was @1.28p...so here again, it rocks on!!!..
Thank you. In that case the additional stake is not “new news” so already in the price. In theory at least!
Read it again and same. It was an extra earn in agreement they paid and provided notice just means they have given a nudge to get the shares issued to THR by Nov 16.
Check out the company web site regarding EnviroCopper
https://www.thormining.com/projects/copper
They have about 120,000 tons of inferred and indicated copper resource (from 47mt). As this is just one of several THR projects it is definitely worth having in relation to current market cap.
I read that it was part of the original agreement once paid up it could increase stake to 30 percent just needed to provide notice.
I suspect/hope that someone better researched than me will post a response here, perhaps about the terms of the original earn-in agreement.
My point is just that it is hard to evaluate whether the additional % is good or bad if you don’t know what it cost..!
Maybe email the company
The slightly curiously worded RNS doesn’t seem to include detail on what Thor has paid for the additional holding. It says the company has paid the final ($185k of $400k) tranche of the agreement, and has then provided notice to ECL to exercise its right to increase its holding (to30%). Are we to assume that the increase is free? If not, why wasn’t it just included in the original %? Odd.
Nice, the good news keeps flowing !!
They know what's coming.
And iymt isn't a retrace downwards.
:-)
Hopefully that will bring us back to 1.30+

The 18million shares added today was only 1.2% of the total shares issued but the SP lost 9.8%. kind of really over reacted indeed. Need to work harder to break the 1.30p resistance....
Shocking service. Very frustrating.
Application will be made for admission to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") for a total of 18,000,000 Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence at 8:00am on or around 10 November 2020 ("Admission")

FROM LSE
The high volume of market data we're seeing and being sent is causing problems elsewhere on the website. Share Chat being turned off is to minimise the on-site issues for members and to keep live data running so people can still trade. The fix we're looking to implement is close to being finished, to prevent the website from having issues when we see a large increase in trade data. We can only give our apologies and say we're doing everything we can as quickly as we can to get it fully resolved.
Its only been a problem in the last few weeks, but I haven't seen it down all day except for last two days. Maybe switched off due to volume. Still very annoying. I'm not aware of a good alternative forum though.
Think we have a seller, big lots of 500k and 1mil
MM dropping keeping the spread wide
Despite dropping the price the cheapest it could be bought was 1.17p
Oh well hopefully they've sold out
Is there a reason why LSE switches off chat rooms? Or does the website just not work very well?

Completing purchase of American Vanadium, opens up uranium options, could be good.
