Paddy has put out on Twitter just now that drilling will start today, those like myself who own shedloads of GGP will know paddy is really reliable, I’m thinking of topping up even more here I think they are very cheap , good luck,
'I am really concerned. A number of tweets have come out about drilling commencing in May and we have a couple days left.'
Welcome to the reality of investing in THR. Always jam tomorrow...........................
I am really concerned. A number of tweets have come out about drilling commencing in May and we have a couple days left. One would hope that Nicole would use this milestone as a really good opportunity to show her new leadership of THR. I really hope this is met otherwise some bad perceptions could start mounting... You DONT want to miss the first milestone under your leadership... fingers crossed
What is a decent return on this share? 4p, 6p or 10p?
Can we bag like GGP or SOLG?
agreed MrP - the way in which Nicole takes this forward now will be the biggest factor for future returns
We can (hoperfully) only tread water for so long
Different this time with Nicole leading the way forward and Billing taking a back seat. He would also want a decent return on his 3.27% holding.
Black & Decker Billing and drilling.
Defo holding on to these in my Portfolio for next few years.
Mp think i remember you making that statement last October ish before you sold out for 10% and disappeared for a few month
Hi, Paul
Yes, this is the risk one takes. I bought GGP at 3p in January 2011, and watched it fall to below 0.1p in 2015 (dilution, falling gold price, two failed joint ventures etc). All part of the rough and tumble of daily life. It has, of course, since recovered.
‘ Drilling results" is the normal answer for any exploration company. I have no reason to believe that Thor is different from the others, in this respect.’
What if the results are pish?
Hi, Bsg
It's nice to have a little cynicism, to counter Mr Positive (who was promoting OMI in the autumn; quite rightly, as it rose 100% soon afterwards, before falling back to its present level).
The problem, as you say, with all these exploration companies, is that they have to dilute, in order to drill. The only way out of this is to team up with a larger company, which pays for the drilling; as GGP has done with Newcrest. Maybe one day, Thor will do this. Who knows?
You've got one thing correct, it's going to be a long hold. They as yet have had no decent resources. I don't ever expect them to either. They buy them on the cheap, raise and drill. They've been doing it for at least a decade now. Nice little number for them.
Hi, Paul
"Drilling results" is the normal answer for any exploration company. I have no reason to believe that Thor is different from the others, in this respect.
'Can easily see this at 3p late this year or 1st quarter next year'
On the back of what?
Yep long term hold for me too. Can easily see this at 3p late this year or 1st quarter next year
Defo holding on to these in my Portfolio for next few years. Daily fluctuations mean nothing.
At £14m MCap only...this is way too cheap.
Current Commodities Super Cycle and the recent management role changes at the Top should drive the value Upwards. Nicole on the board now.
This is a Multi-bagger from current low Mcap. Everyone will have a different Holding time frame. Each to their own.
GLA, DYOR.
Gold futures around $1910
Heading back towards $2000
And drilling should commence again in days. I think we will be over 1p again next week
Once THR announces they have commenced drilling share price should come to back to life. Until then we sit tight.
Hi, Hoopy.
Looking at the chart, 0.75 looks an attractive price. I'll be there.
There should be at least one more RNS this week to confirm drilling has commenced at Ragged Range & the results of the sampling work they did earlier to confirm where they were going to drill. But hey this is Thor anything can happen.
The volume of shares being traded resulting in drop is miserly.
Happily holding and awaiting real news.
Didn't think I'd be able to pick any more up sub . 9, but thanks for selling.
Not really sure why it's dropped so much from 1p only a few trading days ago. Maybe MMs are collecting shares for a decent rise soon.
There are a lot of new positives to look forward to in the coming weeks and months. The price won't be this cheap for too long I suspect. GLA
Raise, drilling & billing.
