Cool as a cucumber amigo.
ACboom, that's only doing the same as whoiswho but with graphics , it scrape public data which is not worth paying for imo
Agreed. Judging by language I think thewholetruth(lie) is mrsimmons. A notorious twit who appeared here, got run out of town but loiters around ADVFN from time to time.
You appear angry and stressed manchego.....
TheWholeTruth. Actually I wasn't asking questions , apart from "What on earth does "attrition-riddled" mean?", and since the word" staff" was not in your post it didn't make much sense. The rest is nonsense.
Acboom if you actually read the information on there properly it's very positive especially compared to the competitors
https://trends.builtwith.com/shop/The-Hut-Group
We use builtwith.com to establish what tech retailers are using. The summary report for brands using THG is:
The Hut Group Customers
Get access to data on 1,389 websites that are The Hut Group Customers. We know of 485 live websites using The Hut Group and an additional 904 sites that used The Hut Group historically and 237 websites in the United Kingdom.
IF that is accurate, the story is not positive.
With a free account you can see the first 50 records. Paid account, you can download full list of allpast and present THG powered sites..
manchego
There is no way on earth you lack the intelligence to understand the questions you have asked. But I'll outline in simple terms just in case.
High staff attrition in Ingenuity. Self explanatory.
Online trading. Online marketing. Fraud management. Pick, pack and despatch. Logistics. Customer services. Customized Toblerones.
Shopify ($45bn market cap), Woo Commerce, Check.out.com ($40bn market cap), any decent 3PL network. Metapack. Scurri. Etc.
The market evidentially puts no value on THGI, as any rational investor would value Myprotein as a standalone at c1.3x rev and Beauty at c1.2x.
I posted it because of the China effect. They were so impressed with sales in the first hour or so. USA is a big market but do is China. Of course where companies have their own logistics it’ll be hard to infiltrate but once they are happy how it all works (and demonstrated in other countries). I’m sure they’ll be happy surrendering leases on warehouses, freeing up cash etc in time and passing total logistics over to thg?
TheWholeTruth. What on earth does "attrition-riddled" mean? What is the "hodge-podge of services and why "badly-executed"?. Who are" the big boys" and what "better level" are you referring to? Do you literally mean "valueless"?
Your post is thus meaningless.
Yup, WordPress is also taking customers from Shopify too (big WordPress fan).
Did anyone make progress on the list of Ingenuity customers as handy to post on a d v f n, few users popped up on that thread now.
I looked at maybe using whoiswho for parent domain of THG hosting then subdomains, this picks up some customers but not all for a variety of reasons.
THGI - a cash burning, attrition riddled, badly executed hodge-podge of services the big boys offer to a better level, and more cost effectively.
Thus valueless.
Shopify have very little fulfilment capability even in the US. It’s mainly just site and payment handling but fantastic for SMEs
For me this is where THG have let themselves down. Dotable and imagination have clearly been dropped
Its possible some of the cross platform customers using both Ingenuity and Shopify is down to local fulfilment, THG are relative newcomers to the US market and may not have local fulfilment centres close to that particular customer base or operations, logistic on demand delivery is paramount.
As long as you have the customers home market covered then hopefully the rest will follow at some point.

Is still on the UK thg just not usa if you go on other countries there is diffrent websites in diffrent countries
Neals yard largest market is U.K. surely? It started in Covent Garden if I’m remembering correctly?
But annoying it’s goen
Yeah- the wider point being it was under ingenuity and they choose to leave and use shopify in their largest market (USA)
It’s a cause of concern, esp as Thg are using neals yard as a case study
It’s a bit like auto store- Thg used to call them a partner, auto store called them a customer
I m A LTH and deep under water, so not looking to be negative. But am looking for good discussion on the point that was shared on neals yard
According to the report posted earlier,
