Hi Hosai and sorry for the later reply. There is a switch between Moulding associated concerns but they have been bought.
The Moulding Foundation are the seller to raise funds for the charitable causes named but its a shrewd move by Moulding and his other vehicle FIC Shareco Limited for they pick up the 3,032,508 shares for a lowly 82.44p. All done outside the market - "outside of a trading venue" - so the shorts can't get hold of them.
BOIX / Rock your a clown. Give it up now nobody gives a toss what you say
I would like to add my thanks to Matt and the foundation for its continued generosity, thank you !
The charity bares his name.
I assume that’s why he stepped up.
He is an absolute charlatan.
Mr “I’mhavingamentalbreakdowninpublic’ BOIX rock8 is back…. Have your breakdown somewhere else deary
MM has now looked after everyone , large institutional shareholders, his family, his friends ( he tipped them all) and now a charity that lost out because of his incredibly selfish actions but he continues to shaft Private Shareholders.
He is an absolute disgrace.
Yet the stupid on this BB still defend him%?
@OAC - Exactly. And the Seashell Trust, a campus for children with complex needs in Stockport, and projects addressing homelessness in Manchester can crack on!
@LPD, as Hosai says its more akin to a transfer. MM gifted a whole heap of shares to TMF, so rather than sell them now at a depressed price in essence he is “lending” TMF the money and will pass on future value accretion.
Fantastic effort/gesture on MM’s part as he has he has committed £2.5m of his own money from other resources as he takes no salary or bonus from THG
Enjoy the weekend all LTHs
I don't think it's a purchase unfortunately Lat...more a transfer between his company and charity.
Companies like Blackrock that conduct and drive these underhand tactics only for £ will 'officially' preach special values, code of conduct, policies and principles like:
Integrity, honesty, fairness, ethical, anti corruption etc
They need to get their handbook, and throw it out of the window, as it means absolutely nothing! They having a laugh!
They are the antithesis to people like Matt!
That's made my weekend that £3M purchase has. On top of the £1M Charles Allen purchase
You wouldn't be committing that type of money unless the numbers were stacking up.
The free float shares are getting less and less, love to see a shorts squeeze event

Timed that one just about right did Matt.
Waited till things had levelled off and nobody was selling.
Looks like he was picking up an excess that was there.
*116p prior to any recent bids
*170p bid was tabled. Thats one of 3 and with a 4th that was being worked up.
*Citigroup 220p target. Current sp barely reflects the Beauty side of the business alone
*Charles Allen £1M purchase
*Matt Moulding. Circa £3M purchase
Absolutely incredible that this share price is sat at 83p and thats why barely anybody is selling a beans worth.
Have a good weekend.
Lets hope when you quote MM you stop using Moldong in your posts from now Golden and show him the respect he deserves
2phevs I’ve never commented to you about this? I’ve never doubted your reason for being a shareholder
What a gesture, huge admiration!!!
Won't see many others doing what he is doing for the seriously disadvantaged.
City and their chums should hang there heads in absolute shame. Utterly disgraceful.
like I said earlier today Golden
I am very happy to be a shareholder because they'll attract quality commercial partners. employees etc.
Three cheers to Matt Moulding - self made man and philanthropist
Shame on you Oliver Shah
Shame on the low-lives who have conspired to short this.Hang your heads.
