would be strange to suggest CTO of THG ...if indeed it is just a Divisional CTO
aint seen nothing yet.... Healthcare is booming- Unilever are ditching tea & spreads for a bigger slice of face cream pie.... ( no pun intended..)
Yup £2+ FOMO Not us we are all in so can just chill & watch this unfold into results tomorrow & see if they are as good as we all think they are..
we may see £2+ today
nice bounce this morning.. 190s
Kallumama - My partner works in tech, CTIO of FTSE 100 - the guy everyone’s talking about appears to be a technology expert and will probably be flattered that he is being talked about as the new Group CTO of THG
Lots of organisations have CTO’s for each line of business etc
Oh look and another phone screw up ypu is you.. 'role' out the grammar nazi
Up nearly 4% and ypu are saying they are goring long. Crying out loud must be school morning break cos this kid sure needs some schooling. Put your phone in your school bag and pay attention to the lessons!!!!!!
I do but I can't be bothered constantly fighting my phones stupid autocorrect it is a real pain tbh, it is obsessed with ducking ducks and not giving ducks and also spells the as thr. Anyway thanks for being a grammar nazi cos we all know grammar saves grandma's
Shorters going long now.. can see £2.00 by end of day.
We haven’t seen this Buy value difference since it was on the up & up. Looking better on the short term technicals.
Eh do you mean HIRING !
Mumbo - He’s clearly not Group CTO
He’s just a technical specialist heading up a business function within group
So basically a guy with low level understanding of the issues that the dev team at one of the worlds largest companies face. With practical management skills not fluffy buzz words too level exexcs normally have and don't understanding crap. Smart move for once highering the best man and short cutting out the high level management bs should get things done. Smart move that by MM of you ask me not highering a jobsworth. Wish more companies did this!!!!
He was a software development manager at Amazon till 2021…. seriously?
This is how the CEO operates, deliberately appoints underwhelming candidates into high positions so that no one is able to challenge him.
This guy does not appear to be Group CTO - most likely CTO of a specific business unit/function
@MSG4GO. Not sure who's profile you're looking at, but it says he left amazon last month. He has also been working on something else the last 6 years.

From his LinkedIn profile doesn't seem to be a big time transfer... 6 years ago when he was in Amazon, he worked on Amazon Prime Video and the last 6 years has been doing something completely irrelevant to THG's market... I hope he haa overstated in his LinkedIn
I will be buying more shares tomorrow. I still cannot actually believe SP is where it is. These are crazy times of undervaluation on UK Tech & I’m not sure when the ‘Old’ UK market will finally catch up but I’m happy to wait. Bring on Tuesday & beyond because this is a Long term investment.
Seems a big jump from his role at Amazon tbh

Thank you everyone for your kind wishes as I took on my new role at THG.
I spent my first week meeting the executive leadership team, the key stakeholders, partners and my teams. I am genuinely surprised by the infectious ambition and energy that seems to permeate everything at THG. These are amazing time for the organization, both as we scale our teams and businesses but also as we pioneer and establish many new business models and be the "first in the world" in all of them.
I am inviting you to join me in this journey. We are hiring across the board for Engineers, Managers, Product Managers, Programme Managers, UX Experts and many other disciplines. If you are interested in joining (and I hope you will be!) please reach out to Andrew Graham.
