A DA IPO would be best outcome for all stakeholders & would eliminate the regular requirement for Tern to support short term cash flow requirements to avoid dilution -if it happens
Cannons, I don't think we'll see a TERN RNS in a while, DA are calling the shots on the IPO and it will take time, DA are clearly consulting on a placing and this in itself is exciting news that will help stimulate TERN share price.
The TERN RNS we need to see is some killer deals or something to illustrate profitability for TERN.
I thought they'd got rid of UCSGLOBAL. they can 'advise' but did anything eventuate!!?
looks a bit strange, there are 100's of little companies that they've advised.
devil in the detail.
no RNS from TERN says it all.
Fourprinces - it was also on yahoo finance page .... still is in fact!
I don't think we'll see an RNS in a while, DA are calling the shots on the IPO
We will get RNS tomorrow?
And if you’re looking moderator check out global’s twitter feed and website. It’s there in black and white.
It’s not a leak it’s fact
@USCapGlobal has advised on a $10 million preferred #equity #financing for the UK-based security automation company, @DeviceAuthority, a #CyberSecurity company in the rapidly expanding field of the Internet of Things #IoT. Read more: bit.ly/device-authori…
This would be huge news if it’s correct .... I’m just surprised that all we hear is silence you would expect either confirmation or denial very strange.
Looks like a leak to me, hence why it woz removed, no smoke without fire......
US capital global looks reputable and it’s still on their website so I really don’t know what to believe I was going to top up again but think I will sit on my hands until we see a RNS .... very confusing!
4unme . Agree a RNS giving clarification might be helpful.
if You see a news clipping about a company you are invested in you are likely to post it on a board that you engage in. It looked reputable and like someone else said it’s still being retweeted.

Have had a reply from Tern's NOMAD stating that if the deal had been done then Tern would have had to announce it to the market.Have asked him why Tern have not announced a denial of the story since a false market is being made in Tern shares.I have also pointed out that the American company involved is still re-tweeting the article.
I'll wait for RNS. Can't trust these rumours.

I have spoken to Megan. She says the statement from USGC is incorrect and an official comment is being worked on. She did reiterate they act only for Term and not DA.
Below is what someone posted . can't mention who, admin is reading and removing them.
