Brutally Honest Maximus. Thank you, great post.
Salarius needs to get up and running.
I do believe in this share and will top up again if it dips at all.

Thanks for your perspective Midas (always welcomed).
I recognise your point, that the $5m is a change in valuation rather than a real terms increase in revenue.
I tend to think (big picture) that $5m in the accounts in terms of this investment is neither here or there (though I am concerned about lack of real revenue leading to share dilution).
Modest income from the consultancy business (and putting Lucyd aside - I don't have faith in it) all of the portfolios are immature (with Salarius hopefully close to bringing in some real income).
Difficult (if not impossible) to apply conventional indicators/ratios for assessing the share price.
In assessing the share price, you have to assign your own probability of Tek being a success based on: their overall business model (a global network of universities); their (immature )portfolios; the markets they operate in and your confidence in the leadership team to deliver.
Clearly, that is highly subjective. A punt of kinds (nobody could argue Tek is not a speculative offering). That's the game.....risk V reward.
With a 10m cap and the progress of Salarius, IMO that reward looks to be sooner rather later (with the other portfolios biding their time).
There may be an element of making it look better, but also some clever accounting offsetting for tax reasons

When you mention the revenues from TEK's last report $5m. That wasn't revenue in the regular sense, that was based on TEK increasing "their" valuation of their holdings by over $5m- if they didn't do that they would have shown a loss for the year. I have direct investments in Belluscura through a private equity raise and also like the Salarius holding here, but have watched this slide over the years now, its like a club for the boys- they keep adding advisors every few months. Saying that at this price it may be worth a punt
It’s all in my posts way back. They do the accounts rather clever to make it look better. TEK. Increased their valuation in one of their holdings last year by £5m. Which they put through as revenue for the year etc. They actually had a loss but it showed on paper as a massive gain. It’s all in the accounts if you look back
Weather. I’ve held this on and off over the years and tipped it at just under 4p just a couple of months back and sold at a multiple. Still look in now and again. The price multiple doesn’t apply to this at all. If you look at the accounts and valuations you will see
Just topped up again. Patience required.
I've been topping up recently. Just in a downtrend, traders take over until news comes. When it does... Reason I invested here a good while ago at 8p was because it was on a PE of 1 and it had some great investments. This one is a no brainer.. Patience will be rewarded. GLA
Agree trading lad. Been just steadily hoovering up shares as when the news comes folk will be going 'I wish id bought when it was only 10.5p' .
We are in billion dollar industries! Get in before the herd arrives is my view
Honestly I thought I was fully loaded on this one but at these prices I very well might have a top up on pay day... news flow isn’t a concern for me, this isn’t some noddy BoDs These guys will release the news when it’s ready and we should multibag (providing it’s positive)... I’m content to watch it drop on zero news that’s just how the market works on small caps
Plenty of potential news both before or to coincide with the AGM.
1. Bellascura getting FDA approval for ventilator that will revolutionise treatment of conditions including those caused by Covid and other respiratory conditions.
2. Bellascura plans for listing on the market in autumn creating significant value for TEK.
3. Solarius producing sales figures for the low sodium multi billion dollar snack market they are now selling in.
4. Solarius announcing deals with the big food manufacturers who we understand are trialling their salt product.
5. Lucyd listing on the market too?
6. What price Amazon or Apple teaming up with our Guident team for all things autonomous vehicles.
And all at the moment at a tiny 10 million market cap.............Wakey wakey.
