Totally get the long term value in Belluscura and not disagreeing with that - however to take advantage of the low price TEK paid for Belluscura stake - buy and hold TEK until Belluscura stake is sold - then reinvest your (dividend/profits) into Belluscura - that way you take advantage of the leverage and end up with many more shares then buying Belluscura at IPO price directly.
A 10p rise in Belluscura (to 58p) = 20% for a Belluscura IPO investor but a much higher percentage for your indirect holding via TEK (given TEK average price paid < 15p)
Does that make sense?
And the fact users themselves can administer the oxygen, increase the flow rate, change the cartridge and undertake daily tasks cannot be underestimated in importance today.
@Moggy, because TEK is TEK and will sell, long term Belluscura could do very well. Massive shortage worldwide of Oxygen devices.
I came in at 10p after the last placing. I remember people on here were very annoyed about it and thought CG a bit of a charlatan. Is he forgiven? Or so people think he'll keep doing it?
Bet the guy who was on here, directly invested in Belluscura at an early valuation of £4million (might have even been dollars) and not too happy is smiling today - X 12. Not bad at all
I really, really don't see why any of you would want to buy shares in Belluscura at IPO price of say 48p per share when you can get leveraged exposure buying (more) TEK shares at current price.
Tekcapital paid a maximum 21p for their 17.1million Belluscura shares (most expensive 21p for 4.8m shares exercised on 8th March) - the average paid would be around 12p for Belluscura.
Let's paint the most prudent scenario - at 10p placing price lets say a high estimate for average price of Belluscura shares was 15p. Given a 50% rise in TEK shareprice you are looking at resultant 22.5p price for Belluscura for any new TEK shares you buy.
So why on earth would you want to pay 48p for Belluscura shares at IPO when you can buy at equivalent 22.5p now by increasing your exposure in TEK (and as a bonus you get the upside of the other portfolio companies too).
It's a complete no brainer (TEK vs Belluscura IPO decision)...
As a TEK shareholder will we get an option to buy at the float price
40-50p but with the current sentiment and need for Oxygen, I think it will have a very good opening day. Hopefully get a chance on Primary Bid this time to get in before.
They need to be more ambitious than last time and not undervalue.
Thoughts on a float price anyone. Anyone investing when it floats
Last time we'll see sub 20p and that makes a big difference on your future multiples if you are capable of buying and holding.
Belluscura. Admission and commencement of dealings on AIM expected to take place in late May.
Looks like sentiment starting to turn for TEK. Nice interview but no shareholder questions which is a shame. All though it would have probably contained a lot of moaning about the undervalued non inclusive raise. If you're reading Clifford, Primary bid next time please and closer to the share price please.
With all the news, we are just back to where we were before the FDA news, madness but a great entry point for new comers.
Agree. 50p achievable.
Just listened. That's an assured, confident CEO.
VW currently testing the shocks as well.
Check the VW guy on our bod.
50p quickly
Microsalt (Salarius) now gaining sales momentum.

Some of the major snack manufacturers that were taste testing (not rushing it!) have enquired re pricing. That's pretty big news and shows interest at least. They're obviously waking up to the legislative (Mexico) and probably imminent worldwide to reduce sodium intake. Not over the line but massive potential and it's in the balance by the looks of it
Not sure if there was a link?
Yes he interviewed well couple weeks back - target to monetise (sell or IPO) the 4 main companies within 2 years.
Lucyd, Guident, Belluscura all with blue sky potential and ambition. Microsalt (Salarius) now gaining sales momentum.
Check this out DShox. If you think the nesws on Belluscura is good (and there's good detail about their product in here, check out what we can expect on the others)
Best interview by Clifford (probably not that hard) yet !
Yesterday there was an interview? Is it recorded and if so, please can you post here.
I tuned in to a US hosted presentation a couple weeks back.
Hopefully get some coverage. Belluscura news today and excellent interview yesterday with CEO.
