Fair play your good one and she gets it of u
my daughter with 15yrs service got her cards today.... you know what she did? went to a customer who booked a 70k wedding next year and sorted all her paperwork out to get reimbursed and rebook with someone else...… didn't have to at all but that's the kind of staff they lied to and have now lost...…… im her dad and will cover her loss until she gets sorted... some staff do not have that.
illbetabuck, has been absolutely hilarious today , n what has been a miserable end for holders. He make Walter mitty pale into insignificance, keep it up illbetabuck, great shift you have put in here the last 24 hours. Probably only had a couple of hours sleep must be the fantasy adrenaline keeps him going.
Not surprising, punters go for 'cheap' shares, they are often cheap for a reason.
Also, punters go for falling knives, it's the 'I bought them for less that you did' mentality.
If it fell 40% in one day, there was probably a good reason, but if you get your timing right you may make a quick buck. Then again you may get stuck in and start to buy more, and more, and more. (SXX, 'keep the faith' merchants abound)
Oh well, work still to be done...........
It's 120 days, normally from date of purchase, but, according to https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback/
You book a flight or trip with a firm that then goes bust before you take it. The deadline starts from the date the flight was due to take off or the holiday to start.
To start a claim, call your bank card provider and ask to dispute the transaction. It can then start the procedure of claiming the money back from the supplier's bank.
Some claims CAN be made after 120 days, but the longest cut-off period is 540 days from the date of the initial transaction.
Isn't it funny, the topped ramped shares..... are also the most shorted....
I commented on MTRO a while ago when it was about 500, said i expected it to go down, got screamed at by Heshopeless (and others)- funny, cos he comes on accusing people of only commenting on tanking shares- whilst only commenting on tanking shares himself.
There's some funny people on these BBs for sure.
"I'm sure not all will be absorbed by operators like tui"
correct it wont - this is just one reason why tcg lost so much money - the tcg model was last century and did not move with new tech and models which is why it always lost money and had ridiculous value on assets that didnt exist - the other holidays nowadays people book themselves flights and accommodation and others will even have their own accommodation abroad
the tcg model broke a long time ago via inflated / creative accounting
Too much of that on the BB - I totally agree - every day it's going to double bag or attain and then hold £4.
It's B()llocks, I get that. I'm in cash so the shorters can help me out if they like - I wont need them though - Trump and declining profits will sort it for me soon enough..
well good luck nove i also play with a straight bat - mtro is ramped here is one random example post in mtro i just saw:
"Big news soon reckon this treble soon"
hope no one listens to that unsubstantiated nonsense.......................
I agree I feel sorry for the people losing their jobs. I'm sure not all will be absorbed by operators like tui
"I knew he was being fed by analysts it was obvious and way above his pay grade"
For an ex BT Global Services IT Manager, I'm flattered to think that I am being fed by analysts.
All my own thoughts and research don't ya know........
p.s. I have pointed it out before that I have a good sense of humor.
p.p.s. It didn't take much digging to find the skeletons in MTRO's cupboard (buying buy-to-let loans from vulture funds).
see you over there soon........ ;-)
Just for info and in case you missed previously, I have put in a claim with my CC company for the flights I purchased with TC Airlines, in the early hours I booked different flights with Jet2 from the same airport on the same day which cost me £125 more, seemingly (according to the CC company), I can also get back the difference as a 'consequential loss' assuming it is a like for like offer which it is - worth knowing in case you are in a similar position.
I got up at 3.00am to book them, looked again earlier today and they had increased a further £400..............supply and demand I guess. Hope it helps at least one other person. Will be some nice profit increases for other airlines in the next round of results methinks!
Never ramped any share, not bothered about short sellers.
Sold everything last week and took profits - currently very long vix and short s&p - having a good day too - my money and not a hedge funds.
Do it for fun and for a living - play with a straight bat and I can sleep at night.
See you over at Metro, GL with getting the price down - the market sell off will probably do it for you then I'll build some positions again.. Bothered..
"I guess SXX is already gone too far, MTRO looks"
haha yes they are looking forward to your posts i hear :-)
had a view there myself - guess what if you dont agree with the rampers helping to spike people they are real hostile - cant think why?
the bargain hunters are ignorant private investors, old, disabled.
Hedge fund managers have insider information. The weak end up without home.
The FAT CATS have too many homes somewhere and do not care. Offshore.
It was apparent when he came across to the Metro board and didn't let up for several days.
I knew he was being fed by analysts it was obvious and way above his pay grade..!
Takes buyers and sellers to make any market - I just don't like people who have hidden agenda's and don't play with a straight bat.
City boys - don't you just love em....
Can you claim your money back if you bought shares in tcg on your credit card ???
cheers quisty - that saved me a boring read :-)
nope - maybe they are keeping an eye on your posts?
Yes, a good month, currently debating whether to start work on MTRO or SXX.
I guess SXX is already gone too far, MTRO looks ripe.......
I was there a few weeks ago, testing the water, might go back again.
"way too late for chargeback..."
maybe - i never read the small print - so given i know what lawyers are like you are probably right
re chargeback i thought that ... Simon Calder was suggesting that on breakfast but i was dubious
not sure that Calder is as good as i thought... especially as 6 weeks ago he was reassuring everyone re TC
think hes more media ***** than expert
