Weathergeek, just by how many pages your links now take up. I would think the word traction should be considered lol
Have a good one and thanks for posting
Weather Geek I agree more shares will get transfered to ii, as the majority holders are insiders and retail at the moment. I wonder whether DW transfered his stake to Eight Capital Partners where he is a shareholder. Would this be considered an arms length transaction? If he has done this he has derisked his capital by transferring the holding into a company he is a shareholder. He would reap the benefits should the share price rise.
Your posts don't look very friendly but if I could point you to this line from the Banking RNS...
The Financial Partner has committed to recapitalise the Bank immediately following the completion of the Central Bank's regulatory banking authorisation process.
If I could also just suggest you read this to understand business deals a little better.
Have a good day.
Congratulations and thanks to those who posted the Seeking Alpha link today. It should be required reading for all those who use these boards for investment advice.
After reading the links to "guerillainvesting" I wondered where Levi had got his template, as it seemed to me to be a guide to rampers that had been twisted to replace "rampers" with "bashers", plus minor text changes to suit the new narrative.
I know I said I would not be posting further on here, but I could not resist this.
Well done both.
Another one here, some good new info and some of the older forecasts..
WG - Don't forget this article
IMO it's the best one - simply fantastic
Agree. Despite having more coffins than my local Cemetery, I am ignoring the twonks going forward. It will however give them a free run at deramping the BB without consequence, but tbh those who were going to fold will have done so already, and we can't hold everyone's hand forever. Those with any real belief will not relinquish anything to these otherwise unemployable ****wombles.
Till someone can tell me the name of the magic money tree I will stick with my prediction.
"After days of research I think I'm confident of my results.
Monday - 0.40
Tuesday - 0.30
Wednesday - 0.20
Thursday - 0.10
Friday - 0.04, but it could be 0.05 if we get names for the ii's and The "Bank".
Best get out early Monday and wait for news."
€8Bn can be cycled.
Where does €8bn come from?
Read all RNS's, look out for the part that talks about Central Bank approval.
Who prints money?
There will always be positives and negatives on all boards, and the only guarantee is that one side or the other is going to be right 100% of the time. I’ve researched with my ltd understanding and invested now I wait with excitement and apprehension. For more detail from the board and RNS’s all good here.

So the trolls are out in force trying to put down SYME.
The Chairman bought and had to sell at a lower price.
What does that tell us..
1. DW saw value at .7p and bought
2. The markets have been tanking, our 25% rise day, was on a very red day for the markets.
3. The share price didn't go the way DW wanted.
4. Due to other financial commitments, DW had to sell. He will not have wanted to take a loss.
5. He can only sell under certain circumstances. Financial trouble being one.
6. DW is also involved in property. During COVID property businesses and REITS have been hammered.
7. AZ has taken out a call option at consideration price of 0.69p
My guess and thats what this is, discussion and guessing, is DW is going to lose a percentage of his shares in SYME to AZ (via other vehicles that own SYME shares).
AZ may well be bailing out DW here. I think he is but that is my guess and not fact.
Now, Without DW, SYME would not have got where it is. The other three board members are focused on the field of finance and fintech. DW facilitated the market listing of SYME and is someone who is more of an "Entrepreneur" than a dedicated board member running the day to day of SYME. He is a Non Ex Chairman with a commitment to work 24 days per annum with SYME.
My hopes are AZ will buy him out more via a successful option trade and he can have what ever cash he needs to help his other ventures or whatever he needs it for.
Lots of II's are coming on board, Lots more share transfers will happen. We should get used to it, it was always the plan to bring on board II's and use the share capital where possible. The strength of the SP recovery after the announcement was evident to all to see.
In simple terms,
-DW has had some money issues.
-AZ is 100% confident in SYME.
Seeing as its AZ that is CEO and the main man. I'm happy to see his call option.
Next post is an updated press list of articles on SYME or that show the market SYME is entering is hot property. Or should i say inventory. Newbies, Some good research is in there.
€8 Billion Just to start. If Syme pull this of I don’t think €8 billion will be enough funding. Like I have said all along this could be massive. Buy and hold but please dyor and don’t let anyone talk you in to selling . Just remember why you brought in the first place. Gla
Please tell me that is a joke MM. Sam12345 is a jinx in any share has says he’s in. Avoid contact at your peril.
Or, as they say on Insta, Wooooosh!
I think you may have missed the point, SheikyBaby.
"The fact it IS getting substantial funding already"
Agreed, I believe with the €8billion euro of funding already agreed and in place taking the fee upfront is massive.
The scale of the business in phenomenal.
The fact it IS getting substantial funding already and SYME is at 0 risk taking the fee upfront which will also start generating revenue and profit at such an early stage to me is just an opportunity not to be missed.
Good luck all
Sam12345 it's me mmgames just get into Alba resources 8am monday morning this will double from current 0.45p to 0.9p. Then u sell. Regards
As reported, Fintech firm Supply@ME will be working with the UAE’s iMass LLC on offering lending solutions. Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) is also working on various financial technology initiatives.
