Jarv, established connection to America? I need sleep will catch up in the AM
Look at Tony a little closer.
Which is????
Micky there is a big surprise coming here.
Although it’s great to have in depth informations on any business, I like to simply look at thing. I have always believed, if you believe in a share yourself, when the SP drops like it has done here, buy more, maybe average out a bit and if you can not buy more just hold. If you lose faith/confidence in the business your potentially going to sell, which is different to selling because you have not made bank in a day/week on a % mark up. A great share, a “Unicorn”, takes a while to develop. I believe this share is the new 21st century game changer to the financial market, which is still yet to gain gravitas. This share is smart, can be rolled out easily to various inventory markets, self funding and lives in a win win scenario, even in the current climate. Tbh what is not to like. Despite the SP, I believe I’m the model and am looking forward to 2021 progressions, as I feel that will be a-huge year! I also trust in AZ to keep us ahead of the curve and in a place where there are many options to assess and access, catapulting the business forward. GLA night!
Thanks WG,
curious re ii's why so much buying at 0.5p etc?
If they can force even lower sp eg 0.40's why not wait to get there or even 0.30's?
I am hoping Savvy's predictions are right, i.e. this big movement, ii's loaded and final shake is the pre cursor to the spring, someone also posted a link to 'Wyckoff model' (Garmin example), interesting watch on YouTube .. possibly all based on hindsight,, but if that is what is happening here Sav's call may be spot on... fingers and toes crossed!

Wolf, the donkeys have researched and googled furiously to glean info and found various links to join the dots. There is an extremely powerful and highly qualified/linked board and various new high profile employees brought in over the last few months too. This is going places hence the high calibre appointments. The jigsaw is nearing completion so I’ve planned my retirement in approx 4 months from here.
Some of you can write a novel and still have zero substance. Only about 4 people I bother reading here. The rest is just utter ****.
@wolf. To me it all looks like order filling. I've seen it before in other shares. Huge orders came in under the price and push the price down to it as that becomes the biggest demand.
What happens with orders vs live trading.
- MM's job is orders first, live 2nd. Thats why you can't buy live sometimes but can via order filling. Market opens at 7am, 8am for retail.
- You or any investor are free to put in orders at any price. You may not get them, but its a "free market"
- If orders come in, under market price (what happened here after a 1700% rise from low to high), demand will move to the largest orders.
- at 0.8p the market had run out of live buyers. Most popular share on HL, means all retail have bought it. Demand done, who else to buy now? Orders from II's came in lower and lower. Pushing the price to the "demand"
- The II's know lots and lots of retail had 1000% gains or more, push the price lower, take them out.
- MM's when given a large order, that outweighs live trading, will take it as that is where demand is.
- They will move the share down and see if people sell, profit take and of course take out stop losses to gain the shares for the buy orders.
- Money moves the market. II's have more than every retail investor and can and will dictate price.
-They will also happily screw over retail, especially when they done 1000% in 2 weeks like what happened in Aug.
Who are these IIs ?
Like I mentioned before I don’t see the logic of them hiding? Especially if they have already accumulated so much ..
I personally don’t see these IIs as mainstream or global powerhouses they as they would have disclosed already to their own investors and they wouldn’t get involved in such a convoluted way. One of the other reasons I take this view is if we did have a global powerhouse like a hedge fund that’s well known and recognized then it would be in their own interest to declare it openly as it would immediately open up business to major companies wanting to monetize their own inventory.
Also if we had such great support from IIs then why did AZ have to meet with investors and HNW individuals recently ? Surely you would openly prove the model works on your existing monetisation and the money would follow 6 months later ...
My guess is IF and when these IIs are disclosed then everyone’s going to ask .. who are these random unknown companies and some will try again by showOmg convoluted random twitter links that showed how they once may have worked with a large company in the past 20 years ago...
As I write this I can see how negative I’m coming across and some will accuse me of deremaping. I assure you thats not my intention but I suppose I’m looking for someone who can rationally persuade me otherwise ...
WG - if they are buying on the open market in drips and drabs from PIs how are they managing to pin the price down?
Every time the price drops the MMs have been blamed.
I’m not going to pretend I know the intricacies of how this side of things works but I’m more than willing to learn.
It's not a theory. It's there to see in the changing register. General public have fallen from over 30% to 17%
Private Companies 7.0% 2,293,275,741 shares
VC/PE Firms 9.5% 3,128,074,362 shares
General Public 17.2% 5,640,230,979 shares
Institutions 27.7% 9,066,337,166 shares
Individual Insiders 38.5% 12,627,026,342 shares
Demon, wolf deramper or not at least adds something to the board.
Unlike you who only has two posts that don't mention wolf.
Why don't you just propose to him already you silly little boy who cried wolf.
Absolute tool.
Joil10, it is not MMs holding sp down, it is ii buying for six weeks now. They have already accumulated 27.5% or more, between them. We don't know who they are but they have 4.98% each just to keep under the radar. Pi are left with third of their original holdings since then.
Joil10 cant blame anyone inc mms its just a bad day on the markets
Loooooooool
I don't fully buy the MMs holding the share back theory either. It's been a loooong shift if they've been playing their games. I still believe in Syme though and think it will will be an unbelievable investment over the next year.
Buys consistently and significantly outweigh sells. Without the MM"s, this would have already lead to significant increases in the share price. 1.5p+
Demon you tard how am I deramping? Let the grown ups speak. It must be bed time.
Aim - in my experience when wealthy people use a web of companies to buy it’s usually around tax, privacy, allocation between family members behind the scenes, etc.
Or it’s commercial in nature for instance a privately owned company not wanting their competitors to know about a start up for instance.
But they are buying them on the open market from PIs though.
Every board on the site complains that the shard price is being held back if it’s isn’t rising 5% everyday.
How can they be manipulating it when they are building their holding up slowly over a number of weeks in thousands of transactions.
It’s a conspiracy theory.
Not nearly as many people know about this company as you think. They want the secrecy because they want the shares for cheap. Hence why the average for the II's for the last 6 weeks has been 0.50.
I don’t understand what all the secrecy is about. It’s a public company.
Plus, if the donkeys on here can figure it out they might as well just trigger a TR1.
@aim but why? If the share is the unicorn that we all hope to be then why keep your holding low and hidden? There has been enough time that they could accumulate without it having a drastic effect on SP?
Sorry if I’m missing the obvious but just doesn’t quite add up to me...
I really like this company idea otherwise would have been well gone a month ago with the share manipulation. I very much want to see the next upto date share registry as I sincerely hope the last week or so has not been an orderly exit of IIs to Pi's rather than the talked about other way round. This is why it is vital he produces an update this week to bolster his plausibility or 30p here we come and bang goes my hard earned.....
