Patience is a virtue as the old saying goes.
Not enough virtuous people out there (minus the obvious derampers of course).
AZ in my book is a dynamite CEO. Keeps us updated, answers email enquiries, clarifies misinterpretation when required, self invested massively, and with a product that has had MMs scurrying around filling massive II orders for weeks.
Ok, to the immediate.detriment of the SP, but that's simply business.
Once all orders are filled or free float exhausted then watch this.
As previously stated, go look on other holdings BBs.
Flat as, nothing happening, tumbleweed abounds. You can almost hear Sergio Leone spaghetti western music whistling in the background. No posts, no discussion, no interest. Then you have SYME. A nuts BB where posters post all day, some at night and some before even the sparrows are awake.
Its hot, everyone wants a piece, its a Company that's in massive demand.
Significantly, its being carefully assembled, by the book, with great people on board. Its comp!ex, it requires lots of components and strategies. Behind the scenes it is coming together, it is actually ahead of schedule. There is real interest Internationally. Its launch has coincided with a real need for Company debt /refinancing solutions. It will have been cross examined and scrutinised by
Lawyers, Regulators, Financiers and Major II players investing into it.
Those involved in its delivery have earned great reps thus far, we are not dealing with amateurs, but proven people.
If you can sit tight and hold your shares then I believe the rewards will come.
But, and it is a BIG but, it has to be done right and that as we all know takes time.
As the Northern Soul motto reads. Keep The Faith.
I'm just really shocked of some comments in the last couple of days/weeks. People complaining that he is communicating to much with market, shareholders etc really???? So like most of the companies on market being quiet weeks/months you are not happy that he is so proactive?!?!!? If he wasn't you will all complaining lack of news, bod not communicating and all kind of BS. Sorry but this is smell of newbies behaviour....
All i can say is this..
It will pay dividends to hold SYME long term. ;)
100% correct. There are companies that do the right thing and communicate with investors as much as they can, and others that couldn't give a t*ss about investors and treat them like mushrooms. The best companies lie in the former bracket and this absolutely includes SYME. In my view they are doing absolutely as much as they can, without breaking confidentiality etc to communicate with PIs and this is to be applauded.
Yeah, it's actually very intelligent financial planning. Clearly those making early moves here don't want to be known until its all done and dusted. Their absolute right to.
Weathergeek. Exactly
If you are part owner of the company that does nothing but hold syme shares
You own the shares indirectly ..
say 50-50 split in the company you own 50% of the syme equity held in the company
Not saying it is 50/50, just an example
Lets make it simple....
You can buy shares in GGP...
You can also buy a stake in GGP by buying SVE.
You can also buy a stake in GGP by buying PRIM
You are an II. Working with SYME
You can buy shares in SYME
You can also, if you are invited to, buy a stake in Orchestra group or A1F2
Doing that has added security on your identity, giving your business a quicker move on the competition without them knowing. NDA, a key point in business for protecting your IP and plans.
Me again .
Or are you saying that AZ is acting as middleman, sourcing from one 'regulated institutional entity eg private bank (Equita or Parrot ?) a pot of shares (at an agreed price) for future delivery to a second, more mainstream, funding/lending institution ?
Now something like that would make sense ...and be interesting.....
Need another coffee.
ATB
Hi apunter2,
.."an arms-length arrangement with a regulated institutional entity which is not a related party of Orchestra Group..."
I picked up on this, too.
AZ is behind both Orchestra Group and 1AF2.
So, how does your argument/speculation -as I understood it - namely, that this exercise was a device to ensure that the II would be able eventually to acquire a shareholding in SYME via 1AF2 , actually work ?
I'm in the Denzell Washington (Philadelphia Story) camp : ' Can you 'splain it to me like I'm a five year old, pls ?'
I accept that I may have misunderstood or misinterpreted what you were saying.
You've clearly got a better handle on how these things might work than the rest of us !
Many thanks
ATB
In some respects I agree, but there has been a 30% drop and plenty of churn so I don't think there is much more if any to fall
truly believe Monday will be a very very exciting day
ALL I CAN SAY IS TRAIN LEAVING MONDAY MORNING CHOO CHOOO BOOOOOM COMING!!!!
Cloudstrife filtered for non stop undiluted negativity.

Well said farraway. I was about to type the same and just saw your message come through.

GLA
Cloudstrife ...esc not doing too well?? :-)
So it’s a no news RNS
that the instrument is an arms-length arrangement with a regulated institutional entity which is not a related party of Orchestra Group.
Sorry but very very news worthy
IMHO .. which few here seem to forget adding
Cloudstrife
You are quite right that many people have made a lot of money, however the share price is still way below launch price. In fact the price has only been on recovery for some time
Some hard to please, we have had 5 RNS’s of note in September. Two game changing and we are still not at the end of September
How high do you want to set the bar, go show me another company where an investor is going to acquire a bank hahahah and fund to the tune of 8billion over 5 years
No pleasing some folk,
It’s a no news RNS.
I personally don’t see the point , if this info was so important then it should have been included in yesterday’s RNS.
Feels a bit sloppy.
AZ delivers the news again
