apunter2, start a petition online routed through to the government dept that has to deal with these untransparent transactions for any share. I will sign for sure
Thanks AP, appreciate your response, always reading and learning and keeping my ears open. Metaphorically speaking haha.
Yes I think we all will be one way or the other.
Havoc. I am happy your thinking about it.. thanks
Now consider, if buys are late reported and made up of sells. But the buys don’t influence the ask as they are not reported till after market close
But the sells are
Then ???
I will leave you to your thoughts
But I promise you I have been emailing constantly for 6 weeks and I am looking forward to the end of this crap lol
Good night and take care havoc
Gotham - the website sharemagazine (think thats the name) lists all the trades and all these late trades are slotted it at the time they occurred so you can go back and directly compare them at the time. I've not checked todays late trades but I have done on other days and many have been far below the sells at the time. But again from what I read from many posters on this board that it doesn't mean they are sells and from what AZ said about II's buying at that showing on the registered that could well be the case.
What .. sorry
Gotham, doesn’t matter why is sells and why is buys
We have never seen one large buy in opening hours,
Yet AZ said there would be direct buying
Lol
Follow?
Little ern
There are five companies in the share register
4 have 4.98% of the share issuance of SyME
1 has 4.71%
They are all international companies that under TR1 regulations don’t have to announce till 5% reached
None of these companies were in the previous share register I looked at
Sooooo that is your free float, the accumulation
Plus some trades maybe from Friday so how do you know??
little earn troll filtered
Havoc. The free float .where is it at now lol
Yes pi holding down, so is the free float, which normally I class as the same, just me how I think about it
Where has it gone ?
Oh some have been buys, but many have been sells , which we know has happened based upon the register as you pointed out via the large drop in PI holdings.
Havoc they can’t all be sells as the register shows the accumulation. Lol
I have twice now,
Just keep getting standard reply I posted earlier
Thanks and keep at it via email drop box
Have had some success but the con changed last two weeks
I've been watching them for a while too. My only nagging feeling is I've been going back and comparing the trades times so many times and so often they have been at prices below the sells at that time. Personally I feel we have been dropping due to people selling and many of these delayed trades are infact sells and only showing up as buys as they are above the ask at the time they are printed which as they are late is most often higher. But from reading these boards and your posts AP (thank you for all your effort!) I understand it is really not that simple.
Report it or is it worth it?
Havoc what annoys me. Take a look at one trade,
The £100k at 12.28 .. that was when the buy was satisfied . They had all afternoon to report the trade before close
These large buys . Not one reported in opening hours in 8 weeks .. not one
20 mill sells . I counted 10 of them so far not delayed
That’s without really watching. But the buys noooooo they have to be after hours
Just having a look at those late trades just think its quite interesting. 2X 20m within 30 seconds, 2X 15m within 41 seconds and 2X 15m within 48 seconds. Just thinking out loud but if these were buy orders I'd have thought they would have the same time stamp. Could these potentially be share transfers from one holder to another perhaps agreed off book hence the same price? Just musing.
