Hi to all investors on this site. I am invested both financially and even more so emotionally in this company since I was first asked to evaluate its potential in May. I would love this company to achieve great things I try to keep my feet on the ground regarding potential future share price and I can realistically see a price of approx 3.5p around march 2021once the company is allowed to breathe and progress I just wish there was so many as One person said cobwebs and treacles but you could certainly write a book just from this site lol
Mick luv.. never said thank you for your L2 copy and pastes in PREMIUM...
so thanks they came in handy
Appreciated your time with this
Thank you i take your point I don's believe too much in coincidences so it is probably fair to say that that the Institutional Investor who purchased 940 million shares on or around 8 sept was this Advam Partners ( 2.87% of company so company disclosure not required) They have increased their holding from guess what 940m to 3.12billion but AZ stated yesterday the shares s are still owned by Fiduciaria DGR SpA & Finance PartnersGroup.
All in all this nothing is straightforward and is one of the reasons doubt remains although one would love this to be removed
Sugar
i wasn't calling you out as a deramper i was trying to find the same information you are asking by working it out on a spread sheet its now in the twitter post below:
I cant figure out what whats happened with the loan shares from the white wash document but remember if they have been sold then they must be bought back at some point which should apply a massive squeeze.
Parrot Capital (Global Capital Partners) 4.98% 1,630,000,000
Equita Sim S.p.A 4.98% 1,630,000,000
Banca del Ceresio 4.98% 1,630,000,000
I'd like to share the whole sheet so people can point out any errors
Sugar, sorry but I can’t prove up this post, At the time I did email AZ enquiring the same as you mention.
The companies did derisk the loan when asked AZ said the matter is now completed
Sorry we are talking at cross purposes as I thought you would be leading to this RNS 18th august
Supply@Me has been notified by Orchestra Group that it has acquired 1,630,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the capital of the Company at 0.6756 pence per SYME share from Ceresio SIM S.p.A..
Note the name
Exactly the5.89billion shares used to secure loans were written with a proviso within the RNS that the pledged shares could be traded to diversify portfolio etc... so imagine free float of just over 4billion shares and now 5.89 billion being allowed to be traded on the market you dont need a to work out why the shares haven't performed
Sugar. ‘but there are differing companies now owning the shares with Banca del Ceresio and Advam recorded as the shareholders.’
Not with ..holdings held within
Like you and what ever platform you buy with. You own the shares but they hold them in your account
That’s all direct investing
We also have indirect investing. 1AF2. Look at my post on extract from bank RNS 1AF2 is a separate entity but within the Avengarde Group
, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic agreement ("Agreement") with a leading European Alternative Investment Firm (the "Financial Partner") and SYME's shareholders, 1AF2 S.r.l. and The AvantGarde Group S.p.A. ("Co-investors"), to acquire a bank in Europe (the "Bank").
I have just put an updated photo on that tweet following the work i did after that FYI
Read the RNS on the 29th July re: Loans
The point I am making is that the RNS dated 8/9/20 documents IAF2srl as having 22.7% ( Fduciaria Spa)
and Finance Partners group as having 9.55% these figures are identical to those reported on the FT as at 7/9/20 but there are differing companies now owning the shares with Banca del Ceresio and Advam recorded as the shareholders.
importantly there must have been some internal transaction as there only appears to be approx 4billion shares recorded on free float and these increased fholdings represent more shares than are supposedly available on the free float market.
In addition if there are now differing companies recorded as owning the shares. if this is correct there is an obligation once the transaction exceeds 3% of total shares t there is a requirement of company disclosure to the market.
I am not a deramper I been invested since july 31 at 0.005 and have subsequently topped up not as successfully i may add
@mickluv,
Just wanted to share this from twitter and see if it helps at all (not sure it is right given what has been said re some shares belong to Finance Partners Group)

Banca del Ceresio hold 1AF2 srl holding as it is exactly the same amount!
I've just spent the last 2 days putting all the holdings RNS into a spread sheet to see if i could work out free float
as you have said The Advam Partners SGR SPa recorded as owning 9.55% on the FT are more difficult to place and AZ insists this is incorrect and the shares belong to Finance Partners Group who on the RNS dated 8/9/20 showed as owning 9.55%
if anyone wants the spread sheet ping me a DM
Digging around on the internet there is a link between Banca del Ceresio & Fiduciaria SpA who is 1AF2 Srl or Alexandro Zambonni)
there is also a link between Banca del Ceresio SA Ceresio Investors and Belgrave Capital Management ( london Based Investment Managers)
The Advam Partners SGR SPa recorded as owning 9.55% on the FT are more difficult to place (unable to access website) and AZ insists this is incorrect and the shares belong to Finance Partners Group who on the RNS dated 8/9/20 showed as owning 9.55%
