Hughez87. Who’s complaining and who’s expecting this to skyrocket because it’s certainly not me ?
Just stating that the RNSs are very regular and hardly ever say anything meaningful, in fact most are to clear up Fuzzy information the ones released before which is very amateurish to say the least.
As you correctly point out RNSs are regulated and need to be factually correct and I never suggested anything otherwise. These just seem to lack any real news at all. Just my opinion .
GLA
The reason for the clarification RNS is because "the market" thats most of the posters here and more, didn't get it.
It's hugely positive.
II's are supporting the rapid growth of a start up business with a BOD who have top experience.
II's and original investors are supporting buying a Bank (£8bn in funding over 4 years) to orchestrate all transactions keeping due diligence and account management under one roof.
It released because the sp should have gone up to the base price of .69p at least.
It is release because there is an orchestrated attack on SYME calling it a fraud.
Let me get this right......your complaining they are telling us news every step of the way but disappointed it is not the 'skyrocket' news everybody wants and knows is coming.
The RNS literally says news is be released 'in coming days'.....its an RNS's which have to be the truth by law. Coming days is not weeks or months, its literally any day now. The CEO backs this up by ploughing in his own money, considerable sums.
I despair sometimes with investors expected to be millionaires over night. Making money is NEVER that easy.
Just did a dummy sell and they will take many millions at one go... they need share Monday coming fast. Definitely great next week!!! HOLD TIGHT
This company puts an RNS out at every given opportunity, next we will be getting an RNS telling us what they had for lunch in the office .
I’m invested here and after selling my original stake I’m on a free ride so I can’t lose. I hope I am wrong but I really don’t see this going anywhere.
All these meaningless updates don’t inspire confidence in me, I just think someone is wanting the sp to rise so they can take a nice skim off the top.
Like I say, hopefully I’m wrong.
Gla
Tallchad .. exactly lol
Over and out. Don’t care where sp goes today as the
They are building both the corporate side and platform side of the business.. not at snails pace but at a pace I have never seen before
Why, because there is millions of pounds to be made
For the ii and funders. Companies to help, jobs to protect
Value will out
This is a positive RNS, it shows AZ (OG) is/are very confident of the road ahead and greedy for more shares and looking for inventive ways to get his hands on them. He can't buy this volume in the open market, we all must know that..... So a regulated institutional entity is prepared to write an option to provide these shares subject to these conditions. In my view this RNS clarifies that this isn't left pocket/right pocket smoke and mirrors, but a genuine arrangement. Reading between the lines, confidentiality means that the full details of the arrangement cannot be revealed, which I take to mean that there is an existing investor with 630m shares that has agreed to provide these shares, and further that the price is not for disclosure.....I don't believe this is necessarily 0.6945p - may be higher or lower. The important factors are that AZ has declared this transaction exists and clarified that it is not a related party. Looking at the original prospectus, it has to be either Parrot Capital (Global Capital plc) or Equita SIM - both are regulated institutions each hold 1,630,000,000 shares.
I also have similar questions. If you do email AZ and get a response re these points, please update us!
The more I look at it, the less clear it gets. Who is on the other side of this option and is it a person already connected with the company, or with OG? Is there a purchase price agreed? and if so why is this not disclosed, whereas the price of the option (the premium) is? I am going to write to AZ
