give him a break, he is a grandfather after all :)
He is a mature man, with loads of investing experience, which he doesn't do any longer (invest).
He is only here to look after our (investors) interests. ;)
Regarding Extrader's posts, It's the same nonsense, the 'malcontents' run out of negative things to post, so they start their cycle of nonsense again. You just need to check the 'suspension' threads, they made up all sorts of rubbish claims, a very shameful episode. LTH holders shouldn't expect any different now.
Nextlink is a scam and in the dustbin:)
Check out JP Morgan..Hsbc
Or JP Morgan fiddling the silver market
JP Morgan rap sheet
But that doesn't suit your narrative bashing Syme does it
BTW JP Morgan fund Taulia Symes competition.
Its easier to snuff out Syme as a startup than when a household name
As apunter just said, your always looking back
Thanks for that extrader, at least I was right in that respect
.."You've been on google copy&pasting again,.."
No. Just copied extracts from posts I've made at various times over the last 15 months or so.
Aye extrader, parrot dodgy as they come.
this was all raked up in October last year and you have just coped and pasted an old post..
You never look forward Extrader always back..
But even the dodgers see it, an extract translated from the first link
My experience as an economist in the strategic consulting firm Value Partners was useful. When I studied the company's business model, I immediately understood its potential as a game changer. The intuition of the company's managers creates value for all the players involved in the process: the client company disposes of the unsold warehouse; a third-party investor can access the SPV issues which are instruments with attractive returns; insurance companies that guarantee the successful completion of the operations. The inventory market has a potential in Europe of 2 trillion euros: for Supply @ Me it is enough to take 1% of this market to potentially generate 200 million euros in turnover. It is not an easy business model to understand but what convinced me was the commitment of the management to the company: the CEO himself bought 1.63 billion shares, i.e. 5% of the company's shares for an investment total of about 40 million.
They bought shares, that’s it….
Your digging up old posts on DW too, again looking back as .. DW is not the chairman anymore…
Your running out of topics as time goes on so your resorting to old old news to scare.
Tut tut,, not one good word on Syme extrader, go on you know you want to
I hope you're both well and thank you for your earlier posts
Good luck to you both
Doesn't matter ex, you fail to mention money laundering is part of the financial industry, it goes on all over the world, hence I mention HSBC laundering Mexican drug cartel money and that's a fact, but all this copy and pasting is to suit your narrative, very slimy, but thank you for supplying me with answers
And this year's award for copy and pasting goes to
Answers on a postcard
It's a bit like children and colouring in books, lol
.." why don't you supply some copy&paste on HSBC laundering the Mexican drug cartels money, I think you will find the figures involved eye-watering, unlike the small fry stuff you have posted ? "
Because you asked about SYME, not about HSBC (which I agree is a scandal).
PS HSBC doesn't make the top 5 ;-<
The Vatican scandal players ?
From the link :
"Gamma Capital – Centurion’s formal investment manager, which shares an office in Malta, as well as a single phone number and email address, with Centurion. In 2017-2018, Gamma executed all of its client trades through two banks – Banca Zarattini and Sparkasse Bank Malta, both of which are reported to have ties to a money laundering scandal involving the Venezuelan national oil company PDVSA.
Enzo Filippini – Founder and owner of Gamma Capital. Filipino previously served as head of the treasury department of BSI, a controversial Swiss bank that was dissolved in 2016 by Swiss authorities for failure to report suspected money laundering and adhere to other anti-fraud regulations. The Vatican Secretariat of State received a substantial loan from BSI to invest in a luxury apartment development in London in 2014.
Banca Zarattini – A small Swiss bank holding all of Centurion Global’s investment funds, under a so-called 'Umbrella Fund' structure. In 2018, Zarattini was reportedly named in indictments filed by U.S. prosecutors in a $1 billion money laundering case, involving the Venezuelan national oil company PDVSA and Venezuela’s president Nicholas Maduro. Zarattini was holding funds subject to seizure in the money laundering investigation. The bank was also linked to an alleged $62 million bribe to a PDVSA official.
Sparkasse Bank Malta – One of two banks used by Gamma Capital to execute client trades in 2018. The bank was reported to have ties to a money laundering scandal involving the Venezuelan national oil company PDVSA, as well as links to the infamous money-laundering Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca.
Alexander Vella – CEO of Gamma Capital Markets and director of the compliance firm that registered Centurion Global Fund with Maltese regulators in 2016. Valla’s picture and profile as CEO of Gamma Capital were erased from the investment group’s website sometime on Dec. 6. 2019."
You've been on google copy&pasting again, why don't you supply some copy&paste on HSBC laundering the Mexican drug cartels money, I think you will find the figures involved eye-watering, unlike the small fry stuff you have posted
.."Some say Italian and Maltese mafia connections,
Who is some say?? who are these people? do you have any facts, any evidence or links regarding some say?"
There are certainly links to ItaloMaltese money -launderers and other dubious characters.
Try these :
(1) This 'early-stage' flipper /investor in the RTO : https://www.focusrisparmio.com/news/supply-me-fintech-gamma-capital-markets-investitori from Gamma Capital Markets, Malta.
AZ liked the article, which suggests familiarity with the poster and/or the contents.
[ Malta seems to have a lot of boutique financial services firms run by Italians. Not prejudice, just an observation. I guess geography plays a part. Parrot Capital (Global Capital plc) Malta, Chair Paolo Catalfamo, , for instance, is listed as a 4.98% shareholder in the Prospectus. ]
This entity https://www.gammacm.com.mt/about.php is run by Eros Lombardo /Enzo Fillipini (although the photos change), mentioned here, along with Alexander Vella https://offshoreleaks.icij.org/nodes/55045674
Gamma Capital Markets , Enzo Fillipini and Alexander Vella are also all named here : https://www.catholicworldreport.com/2019/12/21/the-vatican-centurion-global-financial-scandal-a-cna-explainer/
an article about .."a Vatican financial scandal involving a multi-million-dollar investment fund, Centurion Global.."
which shares an office in Malta, as well as a single phone number and email address, with Gamma Capital – Centurion’s formal investment manager."
(2) Let's not get into DW and John Treacy's involvement with a financing initiative with the Palermo football team.Cessione Palermo: Dominic White, l'aumento di capitale e la sua SPV. Ecco chi detiene le Loan Notes da 15 milioni di sterline... - Mediagol
But there's the genesis of IWEP, DW's vehicle :
This what Companies House says about IWEP
- incorporated April 2018 under the name VAD Option 1, initial shareholding EUR 10,000, 100% Cosmos Sicav PLC, c/o 179 Marina St., Malta.
- 1 x Company Director, Riccardo Teodori, Malta;
- Oct 2018 Teodori out, DW in;
- 18 March 2019, name change from VAD Option 1 to IWEP Ltd
Cosmos Sicav is part of the Abalone Asset Management Group , see https://opencorpdata.com/lei/2138001OB5DVYM942Y35, which seems to be controlled by Roberto Colapinto , see
(3) John Treacy of (1) was brought in to run Epsion , the broker and bookrunner set up by DW Eight Capital Partners for the RTO.
The shares were allocated (Prospectus p 60) 'based on the level and nature of demand'; Prospective Investors’ profile; and which firm made the application. Epsion also had to make sure that at least 25 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares would be in public hands (a Listing requirement).
So the Broker is gatekeeper and vets/decides who gets shares...and is responsible for KYC /AML due diligence.
I wouldn't take Wednesdays activity personally.
It happens on any penny stock when there's an RNS that's not expected, its literally traders or maybe people working for traders , they will attack anything if they smell blood.
Evidenced by Thursdays rise when they decided that was the bottom.
I've seen it hundreds of times.
Also there's been some boasts about ARB, which is a solid company, but I can tell you there were years of abuse and accusation made on that board before ARB finally took off.
It still gets attacked everytime btc drops.
People used to say such stupid things like "has anyone actually visited the mining facility because if not it might not exist and we are been scammed "
Like I said last week, people talk about boiler rooms.
This forum is the boiler room, they just don't use phones.
"October 10" and Lets is let us or let's if we are going to be a petty pedant. The definition of 'scam' by the way in the Cambridge dictionary is as follows;- "an illegal plan for making money, especially one that involves tricking people". Apart from people who claim this leaving themselves wide open for libel (see below), it would necessitate all the Board members of Syme and Tradeflow, with their deep reputations, long experience, tried and trusted business practices, not to mention all of their individual integrity, plus the FCA, accountants, etc involved as well just to con a few private investors out of pence. Get a life, go out and mow the lawn instead of pathetic attempts to bash this share. Darn it i broke my rule of not responding
What is he/she on?
A total waste of a post.
it would appear LSE is siding with the trolls in order to keep up user numbers, perhaps they think genuine investors are a captive audience. LSE should look at their own posting rules and also adhere to the fca message.
Good morning everyone
I am very proud to announce my suspension from LSE after Wednesday's mass pub fight when we came under attack by the trolls, this share seems to attract more trolls than most, but on Wednesday, I couldn't believe the number of 1st time posters and new troll posters that I hadn't seen before, I even managed to expose castle84 as being 720shares, busted, that was great, I like most of you have hard-earned cash invested here and I don't like trolls shouting fraud, scam and still going on about the true sale accounting nonsense, I don't mind at all when someone has a valid point and brings up something negative that's genuine, but it's bad enough having the resident village idiots like Brassgemini, LexLugar and the rest of them, then of course you got extrader, well that's another story in its self, but to have all of them bashing and on top of that have many, many new trolls, I felt I had to stand up to them and protect my investment. I would like to apologise to any genuine holders that I may have upset with the language contained in my posts, trolls I'm not apologising to you, so you can all fxxk off .
Good luck to all the good guys
Wasn't the whole maltase thing spouted by DA? Before he disappeared after people found out his true identity lol
Nextlink, put the Bond movie box set away for a day you muppet !!
Nextlink comment on BRH board.
