why mention NCYT, this has nothing to do with NCYT
Well said - The mind boggles at the potential...
This is going to make NCYT insignificant inmo.
With this every-one is a winner.
Look at all the boxes it ticks
Biodegradable
Antibacterial
Existing Global customers who have been watching SYM developments because this 'solution' was taylor made/developed for them.
and I would think that nothing has to change much in terms of the manufacturer's plastic production - no new fangled equipment, SyM are hardly going to develop something that requires a sea change in production methods.
finally, what else can this be used for, beyond food packaging?
Who knows but I think this is going to be an exciting journey - I'm not fussed if goes up or down in the next week I'm just in the opinion that this will just sky rocket sometime so I'll be holding and will be adding at every opportunity.
This is a 'part' solution to one of the world most publicized problems and the world is hungry for solutions and it's been approved . . . . that's not ramping folks, that's fact.
DYOR . . . it's all good.
Earling , I think you will find I hold most of the shares still where I am bullish. I genuinely believe this will be a successful company along with the rest where I believe that to be the case.
I shared the reasons why I believe and I am quite excited about what is occurring here .
I'll be around for the duration.
Time to ditch those useless paper straws! I had a paper lid on a coffee this morning, it was literally useless.
The world has gone mad.
Biodegradable, anti fungal, anti bacterial plastic for the win.
starbuck
you re funny but its a tad annoying.
you say similar same all the BBs your in, re the best ever lol
This is a quote from the company announcement.
I believe that this tells us , that there is existing customers and expected future customers and I believe that this shows that there is a desire from industry to acquire the technology imminently.
d2p® is synergistic with d2w® biodegradable technology and is expected to be sold to many of our current customers as well as new ones.
A professor on Sky TV the other day stated the corona virus lives approximately 4 days on a surface.
Nice post agreed.
This one is about to get very interesting.
In my 20 year investing period.
I don't think I've ever been as excited as when I think about this one . The research is compounded, I could roll off many examples quite easily. However I think the majority who are looking in at our rise will be hurriedly researching themselves.
It's a share with many applications, the tech is appropriate and apt , for the world we have unfortunately entered into. Where simple viruses, can effect economies in very significant ways. Virus are spread about by the masses touching things where the carrier has been before. We know these virus can stay on surfaces for a very long period of time , as below.
But how long can the new coronavirus linger on surfaces, anyway? The short answer is, we don't know. But if this new coronavirus resembles other human coronaviruses, such as its "cousins" that cause SARS and MERS, it can stay on surfaces — such as metal, glass or plastic — for as long as nine days, according to a new study.
Governments will be looking at technology for future prevention. Not to mention it's effects on food shelf life and biodegradable plastic solutions.
This could be unique and very rewarding.
Bravo
Loads more potential in my mind here. In ten years, look back and see which one did the best.. NCYT or SYM.
Think of the uses here..
Catering = Huge market
Hospitals = Huge market
Public transport = Huge market
Public places (every shop, museum, library, toilet etc etc)
I could carry on with examples but you get the picture. Taken from market watch..
"The global plastics market size was valued at USD 568.7 billion in 2019. It is poised to expand at a revenue-based CAGR of 3.5% during the forecast period."
Then we have the paint market.. Taken from Ameco research..
"The global Paint market is valued at 114980 million US$ in 2020 is expected to reach 130460 million US$ by the end of 2026, growing at a CAGR of 1.8% during 2021-2026."
Do people see the potential here? Not yet I don't think. This is a long term hold for me with top ups on any dips, I don't think there will be many unless in goes up silly quick.
Without a doubt and i am in both - - - -
this is a Re-rate that hasnt even started yet IMO.

There does seem to be parallels between the two companys, hopefully there could be a similar rise here as they had there recently?
