Looking at the posts hard to tell who the biggest ramper is of the two ??
So why indeed bother
Amusing as it is for a post or two
PAAA,
Why don't you tell us one of those stories when you meet Chris Fraser and looked him in the eye?
Dying to hear it again.
KOH
Jiffy,
Hmm he should have thought about this approach and assessed that risk months and years ago, don't you think?
He suddenly got enlightened on the brink of collapse. Not exactly a great performance to date, is it?
KOH
Suck it up, princess and straighten your tiara. I’m just thankful I only get to ‘enjoy’ your presence online. God forbid I’d ever find myself in a situation and having to count on you if the muck and bullets really did start to fly.
per ardua ad astra
Jiffybag, everything you just described, ie, getting the the next hurdle and doing things little by little sounds just like the first year I've just had trying to make my business a success ( be it on a smaller scale mind.
Back in June I had no work booked in and was about to finish my last job. Panic, worry, doubt and fear set in. Luckily, I had another job come in then for 8 consecutive weeks I was pricing 3-4 jobs a week....
I now have work until April next year currently booked in.
Things can and do turn around quickly when one is willing to not give up.
I refuse to give up on this company.
Bla bla bla, shut up PAAA
After last week nobody wants to listen to you and your nonsense about Fraser anymore. Actions speak louder than words.
KOH
KOH,
Perfectly plausible scenario, however if I was CF, I would seek an incremental financial deal, ie we find a sponsor for the high risk items like the shafts and tunnel completion first has as already been aired. The Shaft sponsors are then leaseholders for X years and we pay them an annual rent, ie, forget about trying to find ALL the finance ie, $2.50Bn dollars up front.
I would like to think, that if we can remove the high risk items, then we can move on incrementally, and banks for example as in the first ever financing proposal before JPM might be interested again if they can see that the overall risk' is slowly being eroded.
Done in a piecemeal fashion adds time to the equation, time therefore presents an opportunity, because who knows what the bond market or other sources might offer a year from now?
The main issue is to survive is it not? and if we can last 12 months that then presents an opportunity to last another 12 months.
Let's just see what this next few weeks brings eh...
Nobody really knows where this is going.
Not fair to single people out.
Let's play nice.
It's a ****e situation I get it. I am down too.
Gont go crying in the breast milk :)
“after a little while nobody will remember a few fools who lost fortunes”

Hardly. Not with your abject handwringing and persistent griping burning into the memory.

Yes he does

Worst cases
Mine runs out of funds goes bust
New deal is done wiping everyone out
Best case
Last ££ is spent “de risking” project which turns out to be a “success”
Knight in shining armour comes to rescue - ie picks it up for nothing
Shareholder wipeout
Sorry , and being near 3 figures down believe me I am more than sorry that’s the reality
Thank flyin F I liquidated some a while back - suspecting this very juncture
GOVT don’t want to know - look no further than Thomas Cook - basically oldest travel company in world and tens of thousands actually stuck abroad and GOVT not interested
Someone please tell me I’m wrong
I get your take in things. Really hope you are wrong.
I would love it if CF would respond to some of what's been said on here. I understand he has an account?
I'm holding for now. This is not my only investment... My average is 10p. I'm not selling for 4 or 5p

If you want my honest opinion what I think:
I think we are in the 6 months process of going into administration. Fraser will pretend he's reviewing options for a few months to make it look like he's really done everything he could and will then announce the final blow. After that the new investors will grab it for a song and build beautiful mine making billions for the UK economy for the next 100 years. Government will be happy, media will generate some positive publicity, new owners will be rich and rewarded with OBEs for "saving" the project and creating thousands of new jobs in the region and after a little while nobody will remember a few fools who lost fortunes investing in a dream in the early stages a few years ago.
KOH
If a strategic partner is found, don't you think that moving forward good things could happen?
Clearly there is much work to be done. But surely this will payoff one day?
WD-40
Depends what the next months will bring. Eyes wide open for now. There could be a rumours, attempts to raise it only to drop it again etc. This may be one step from being dead but is still moving (at least for the next few months). I am at nearly 80% loss atm, If I could reduce loss to 60something that would be very tempting. Selling at a 50% loss is a dream considering the circumstances....
KOH
Jonesrichard, if you worked for a broker and made the 'recommendations' you have made over the course of your postings on this PoS, you would be investigated and prosecuted by the FCA. You're either stupid or a complete fraud...I haven't figured out which yet but I suspect I know the answer.
How much of a spike do you feel is enough?
You may not see a spike tbf
OK KOH, well if you don't trust what he says or believe him then I'm really surprised you haven't sold your holding just so you can get out of this terrible share run by a in your view a terrible CEO.
___
If you read my previous post you would have noticed that I said that I would wait for a next little spike to exit. In my view it is still possible. In other words, I'm in the process of getting out.

I wouldn't leave my money in a share where I don't trust the CEO personally but you seem to have a bit of a left field approach but it takes all sorts I suppose, I hope your next investment is with a much better BOD.
"Did you listen to the conference call?"
___
I did. And so what? I neither trust what he says nor believe in him.
KOH
peedubs, I understand there is the possibility that there will be further dilution but even with that buying at these levels and presuming that the mine is built and starts producing LTH's will still do well indeed, maybe not as well as was looking 12 months ago but the key is that the co come to production, it may well be the case that LTH's will end up with a smaller piece of the pie but it will still be a very lucrative piece of the pie. Did you listen to the conference call? only asking as I have a feeling that many selling at a large loss may not have done and I think perhaps they should have before making a rash decision, just my view though, might turn out to be way off or might turn out correct, at least we should know either way within the next couple of months I would have thought.
I am yet to read any argument or scenario on how dilution will be avoided as part of the rescue package. PIs are always the ones who get hit in these situations.
Interested to hear views on dilution.
Hi JR
Yes of course . However for me it’s about risk management and minimising any more loss at this juncture .
My present situation ; If I’m right then I’ve done that , if I’m wrong then , ok, I won’t make as much as I would have but I’ll still do very well. Cliched saying , but that’s win/win in my book.
However , you’re wrong , then you lose everything . So you’re put yourself in a win / lose situation .
Just one thing if I may ask , if you’re increasing at these levels , may I ask , how on earth do you think there won’t be major dilution or serious further damage to the SP by giving away future revenues ?
Cheers

Peedubs,
But what if the share price went up with sentiment on a sniff of some good news and then there wasn't a raise?
Plenty of scenarios, we could be here all night!
