“100% no vote from me & other family & friends who have considerable holdings“

Considerable in what comparison? To Fraser’s holding? Fraser plus Scrimmy holding?
Or just considerable for you?
We should not even be in this postion .
Ben houchen the mp . Not interested in Aal . Wont to no if sirus can get consurtium involved dilution to bridge timescale 150 million 4p,then only 320 million needed 470 mill total , Fraser and the bod promoting AAL , Will need to be voted out , this is how it should be going ,18 months first poly yes amount reduced, yes risk reducded ,then try the debt market and if that fails total , we ve had a good go , then the vultures can cone in ,we should even be in this situation
Can't remember the name of the MP that talked to CEO of aal about offering shares in aal? (not for me personally ) but is it a plus for us now that he was " interfering " ??
Is he worried that we may actually have more of a say in this than they would like ?
100% no vote from me & other family & friends who have considerable holdings
Twice the consurtium have approached sirius december and january , would love to no the deal they was putting forward, how the bod cannot announce to shareholders , i do not no , with holding information Mr fraser
What exactly is going on behind the scenes ?
Did aal make the official before they wanted to and still crossing Is dotting Ts
Did sxx recommend before they wanted too ...Ts and Is ?
Are they still sounding out the IIs ? are they still trying to persuade the IIs
Are they still talking to funding consortium ?
Are the worried in anyway shape or form as to momentum building with PIs and Sharesoc ?
Are the holding on to allow more Pis selling their NO VOTE to IIs that will vote yes ?
One would imagine that there has to be a set amount of time as a warning to the date of the vote ?
