Like some others I shall feel happier even getting back to 15p - I don’t think my other half has really registered the SP is so low - I thought he had - but he wasn’t really concentrating and said something the other day that made me realise he hasn’t so I hope he doesn’t notice! Now it’s me that avoids the subject!!
Hi Oracle
This share price (and Mcap) is pure sentiment driven at present, with very little concern from the market for what the future may hold with valuations for this project which is many years down the line yet. Sentiment today here is driven by the stark present situation and the precipitate sp decline of late. That sort of shock after shock will take some time to be forgiven. But I expect it will..in time.
So on the assumption these initial bonds go as presently planned I'm not expecting the rises some here imagine in anything like short order. Little more than a relief rally to pre bond pulling pricing then retrenching around that level for quite some time. Those hoping for multi bags by end Sept I fear will be disappointed.
AISI the real gains here will be given to the patient who are prepared to stick with this into the project's 5mt product delivery. Some 3-4 years hence. A long view - nine years here I have a long view. Many bagswill come with that. Not so I believe for short term stags.
See what transpires. Watch the bond yields.
ATB.
GK.
And hopefully vice Versa of that multiplication as well LaurenLouise.
..number of shares in issue multiplied by share price equals market capitalisation....
So if share price doubles , market cap doubles..
I'll add to my guess 1.3b rising to 2.5 over following year, recessions aside
1.3b
You tell us oracle, what do you think the sp will do once bonds are sold? I expect the sp to at least double on open then move up from there for the rest of that day, to how high who know's and how much of that days gains holds bearing in mind there will be some short term holders and daytaders who obviously haven't been part of this journey so will be happy to take a profit and move on but that day will be big in more days than one for us LTH's in that it will be a another big hurdle overcome that many non LTH's thought would never happen so it will be a satisfying day for more than just the expected re rate of the sp.
I’m almost certain the MCAP will reflect in the SP ;)
I’ll go with a modest £2.2billion that’s 80% discount for the £11billNPV even though I think finance funded and what construction has been conducted will be more than 20% risk negated.
It’s rare to see true value in the SP. (that would be 31p with 7 bill shares.)
Oracle, before we switched to the JPM deal and before the extra money for the larger tunnel was announced from memory the market cap was about £1.5b and we now have more II than previously listed I expect it to above this figure on completion of ST2 and hope for between £1.8 and £2b by xmas subject to good progress being reported across all three construction sites.
950M but hope more

All,
I’d like some thoughts (not wild guesses if possible) on what the Market Cap May be if the bonds are sold successfully as intended. And whether that has any reflection on the SP considering we aren’t a revenue producing company as of yet.
If we secure our financing, unlocking the bond value, RCF etc, would that instantly unlock say a doubling of the Market Cap and potentially doubling of the SP?
