No we're not Koh ,,, I haven't sold a single share here
A no is a one way ticket to AAL picking this up for zilch nada nowt zero. Which is what we will all be left with. This deal was done by CF and the rest of the board ages ago. We have been totally robbed. Ive made it clear in the past i am no fan of CF. Theres no way he can run this project to the end.

I think it's time for you to finally get over your past pain and let it go. At the end of the day we are on the same boat.
Vote NO.

Max - look at the volume. Much higher than previous trading days. People are clearly selling.
"Tex - there can't be "No" result because trouble makers don't hold enough voting power.
Those with majority stake are not going for suicide on their capital."
yes there can - 75% of the number of voters (not shares represented) must approve the scheme of arrangement
there are not many institutions compared with individuals - if enough turn up at the court with letters of representation from their nominee I would expect the judge to go with it.
Yuri - if you are right then I should be considering a quick punt and another 10%+ return.
yorkshire.

"bid/offer sub 5p as I write.....any views of what this means?"
probably polygon has stopped buying and therefore lack of demand at this time
just bought back in, 4.8, its time to be brave!!
bid/offer now12% below 5.5p now .that indicates a significant doubt about the deal (or a good opportunity to buy )
25m+ traded in 75 mins is more than just some folk.
As usual with Sxx the share price always acts as the leading indicator as to what’s going to happen.
Looks like many will get their wish granted and it will be a no vote. Worth a punt at 4.5p?
Not sure about brave. Stubborn maybe..
:-0
falling share price sure suggests some folks getting worried the
deal will get voted down, which would bring with it significant
chance of rapid administration & zero pence for shareholders.
... seems there are some remarkably brave holders out there.
Who are ‘they’ IBAB? Who is selling at the moment?
Surely this isn’t a result of the straw pole ring around that was done last week?
bid/offer sub 5p as I write.....any views of what this means?
